그냥 고풍스러운 4성급 호텔인 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 서비스도 좋고 조식 가격도 괜찮으면서 질도 괜챃았으며 저녁 먹기도 괜찮은 식당이 호텔에 있어 그런 점도 좋았네요. 제 경우는 주차가 편한 외곽에 있어서 장점으로 작용했는데, 대중 교통으로 접근할 때는 약간 까다롭지 않나 하는 생각을 하게 되는 점이 유일한 단점이 될 것 같습니다.

Modern and clean hotel
시내에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 전망이 좋고 건물도 아주 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 숙소마다 개별 주차장이 딸려 있어서 차량을 타고 여행하는 사람들에게는 더 편리합니다.

La arquitectura del hotel es espectacular. La atención de los empleados muy profesional. Nos encantó. Lo único que podrían hacer para mejorar es poner puertos USB para cargar los móviles en las habitaciones.

The hotel and premises are clean and beautiful. It is very close to airport and they have a shuttle to take you to Santiago old area since it is not within walking distance. We were renting a car so we had no problems going around. The staff was professional and we even had dinner at the restaurant and appetizers another night at the lobby bar. The lobby bar has a full dinner menu which is very convenient if you are tired of spending a day walking in the city and don't feel like dressing up to have dinner at their restaurant. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel dont le service client n’est pas la priorité
Hôtel bien placé car présence d’une navette pour aller au centre historique. Manque une cafetière, des chaussons dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles. Personnel pas toujours très agréable, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec la navette. Nous avions deux poussettes (enfant de un mois et un de 20mois), et le chauffeur n’est pas descendu nous aider , nous avons dû tout faire nous même... nous l’avons signalé à la personne de l’accueil en arrivant qui a été à peine aimable et ne nous a pas pris en considération… où est le service client? C’est vraiment décevant !

Very noisy rooms. Not soundproof.
We've got a villa room. It was nice but it was dark and smelled like old. The worst was that there is not sound insulation in between villas. There was a marriage party at the hotel. The couple next to our room came very late from the party. We were woken up. We could hear everything they were talking and doing. This people did not have any respect for neigbhors, even when kids are present in the next room to them. Do not go to this hotel if you want to rest and sleep well. Not friendly for kids at all when this sort of things happen. The hotel should leave an empty village in between when not fully booked. More than half of the villas were empty.

We are really sorry for the incident you are telling us about, we are always very careful with the allocation of rooms when there is an event at the hotel to guarantee the rest of our guests, but unfortunately we cannot control the behavior of all the people staying.

We have stayed here several time, it is very convenient for the airport, and the hotel runs a free mini bus transfer into the beautiful historic centre. The hotel is spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bedrooms, excellent, well lit bathroom, and powerful shower. The gardens are beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Un cadre exceptionnel
Un très bel hôtel, immense, qui a réussi à s'intégrer parfaitement dans son environnement. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont très soignés. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est fabuleux. Un personnel accueillant et très disponible.

Couldn’t rest at all.
The hotel and employees was great. But the noise outside is not appreciated. In side is the construction people early morning and the other side people who doesn’t care about other people’s rest.

A great 5 night stay
Very nice hotel. My car was safely parked in the rooms own garage. Staff were excelĺant. A mini bus was available every hour to run guests into town and pick them up. Breakfast very good. Nice bar and outside patio. Room was spacious, bed comfortable.Nice shower. All in all a very good hotel. One of best we have stayed in, in Spain.
