The hotel is very very basic but has an awesome location. The rooms closer to the street are naturally going to be noisy but i liked being able to open the windows. I had a fan and thats all i needed..it was not hot during my stay...i didnt mind the shared bathrooms because i was only there 2 nights and spent my days in the city. They were clean and sanitized....If your picky this is not your place but i found it to be fine for 2 nights...the price was good for the location and there are plenty of stores and food nearby

one gets what one over pays for. ) it’s Paris. TV didn’t work, Wifi didn’t work, reception helped get the optional one. Cheaper hotels in Paris, right now, are harder to find with only a week or so to reserve. Room was sparse but clean. The fridge even worked.

Very low cost hotel with no elevator. Don't rent there if many flights of narrow stairs are a problem. This is typical of old places like this. Also, security is poor as keys seem to open all locks (I accidentally opened the wrong room when I arrived). Staff is Ok but really not much they can help with

For a solo traveller only staying 3 days, it was a perfect little room to call home. Small and cozy, room was pretty snug but had a bed, sink, table, fridge, microwave, and a big window overlooking the streets of paris. Not great if you get claustrophobic or have a lot of kids running around, but the staff was very friendly - i talked to 3 different people at the desk and they all spoke english, bathrooms are clean (but toilets/showers are only every other floor) and relatively quiet/well kept. I loved it there!

Separated bathrooms worked OK. Doors to 2 toilet rooms were hard to lock and unlock. Very sticky doors. I told them; they said why fix it since they will do a big remodel in a couple of months. Why? because you could get locked in the toilet closet on the second floor (premiere etage) if you don't have strong hands to unlock the warped door ! Otherwise very helpful with taxi delays.

The hotel is in an excellent area, with so much to do and eat all around you and you can get to many parts of Paris on foot easily which we loved. The downside is that the area around the hotel is loud, and you have to share a bathroom with other tenants- and there are very few amenities, not even hand soap is provided. But overall, the hotel feels safe and mostly clean.

Staff spoke good english. Very friendly. Had a bottle opener when we accidently bought a wine with a cork. Were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out. Quiet at night. The stairs are a bit tricky to navigate. Tight spirals. Second floor upwards they slope in the middle. Would stay here again.

The room itself was fine. The bathroom I shared had a toilet that did not flush completely and a shower with standing water in it. The drain was obviously clogged as water continued to gather and rise.

Bed bugs- STAY AWAY
Terrible. Friend got bed bugs & was getting bit only at night. Told them we were checking out a day earlier because we didn’t want to stay more than the 2 we already did. When i told them all they said was “oh I’m sorry” they didn’t seem too surprised about it. I still have to check if they refunded me for the 1 night we didn’t stay. Shared bathrooms were okay, just other women don’t pick up their own hair from the showers & made me feel a little gross from that

The noise was awful the restroom is 4 stories up and there’s no elevator the stairs are steep. I checked out after the first night and they didn’t even acknowledge it.

Was like a time warp back to the 60s gorbals with rotting furniture leaky sinks and shaky balcony. Thee worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life and I was in care in Glasgow in the 90s. Honestly place should be condemned. I’m pretty sure the refugees in uk are housed better

Not worth £100 a night
This hotel is NOT a £100 a night hotel. I would say £50 would be fairer. No bathroom in room , crappy furniture, rotten window, no lift.

We stayed here and it had everything we needed. Great location (great access to public transport too). Though it may get cold in the winter, the beds are really comfy and staff are lovely so we slept great. Great cheap place to stay. Also we asked them to keep our bags after check out before we left Paris and they were great about it.

Hotel promised a WIFI. Guest who stayed 4 days earlier then us claimed there is none since their entire stays. We stayed 4 days later and for another 7 days the WIFI never exits!! Three different staff saying 3 different things. They shouldn’t advertise WIFI is included as it wasn’t there for the entire time.

Small room but relative value for money was fine.
Rooms are really small but do the job. They have a TV, fridge, sink, and the bathroom with showers was right next door in the hallway. Relative to how expensive all the lodging in Paris is, this place was fine.

C'est un hôtel bon marché sans fioritures. Du logement confortable très central à Paris, dans une rue tranquille au sein de l'onzième arrondissement. Propre et bien chauffé. A very reasonable no frills hotel centrally situated in Paris in a quiet street right in the 11 th arrondissement. Clean and well heated.

Lovely, well-priced property well maintained and with nice amenities. Shared bath, but each room has a sink. No life, so all walk-up to the fifth floor (sixth floor for Americans!)
