It is very gratifying to read that they had such a good time with us. Breakfast is very important to us and of course we need a good start to the day! At weekends we regularly have a piano player in the house and it's a great highlight with cake and tea. We have real angels in housekeeping, they try very hard and pay attention to the little things and wishes. It's so good that you got your extra coffee. :) How marvelous that you would come to us again in a heartbeat! That is the ultimate compliment! So we hope that your next stay won't be long in coming! Hi Gary,Thanks you very much for taking the time to tell us about your stay!It is indeed one of the trickiest things to match the right room to the right person. I am sure we could do better next time and I am sorry we failed to find the perfect match. Our rooms are solely categorized by size but you are right - paying just a little bit more for a Double Medium or Large instead of a Regular will give you 5-10m2 more of space.Let's make your next stay a 5/5!We'd love to see you in the near future.Warm Regards from Vienna,AnjaFor the Management Team

Dear Tom, thank you so much for taking the time and giving us such sincere feedback. First of all, I am sorry that not everything has been to your total satisfaction, but also very happy to hear, that our wonderful staff could assist you with issues occuring during your stay. We do have our bar in-house which is open until midnight and offers drinks and small snacks, as for the restaurant, given that we are located at Spittelberg, with its many restaurants, bars and cafes, we provide our guests with personal recommendations in walking distance. We do have 62 different rooms and Suites, we would be happy to welcome you another time and select the perfectly suitable room for you just in advance to make your stay absolutely comfortable.
