Dear Guest,I will not hide my astonishment and disgust at the incredible story that you have been able to invent to justify behavior that has been, to say the least, totally unacceptable.It is totally reprehensible that you try to disguise your problems as illnesses, accusing this management and our team of being insensitive to the ailments of our clients, when, on the contrary, we are the first to support and help any guest who needs it, adapting , always, to the varied needs of the many guests we welcome throughout the year.Throughout one night, dozens of guests called us, in the middle of the night, scared by the scandal caused by you in your room, even fearing for your physical safety given your poor conditions. Such was your aggressiveness and so bad was your drunken state that we were forced to call an ambulance and the police, inviting you to leave the hotel the next morning after having repeatedly ignored the warnings given by our security team. Dear Emil,Thank you for your review.I must admit I have no idea what you are talking about, but it is certainly not Hotel Cleopatra Palace. We have two bars, one beautiful snack bar at the pool area for the day, and a cozy bar hall at night. Besides every morning we have a fabulous breakfast buffet with more than 160 different products to please everyone. Finally, we are situated in the middle of the main strip of Playa de las Américas, better known as the Golden Mile, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and an amazing atmosphere, day and night.As I have said, I am sure you are not talking about our hotel. Being in the middle of the peak season and booking a Standard room, we could only give you the one that was available.For those who preffer softer beds, we offer top mattresses but you need to let us know so we can arrange this for you. As a gold member you had a special discount on our SPA pool, but you did not visit it. Our rooms are being refurbished in 2024, when Hotel Cleopatra Palace will close for renovations.
