Borgo San Luigi è una struttura immersa nel verde, circondata da silenzio e tranquillità. Si compone di varie ‘casette’, ognuna indipendente dall’altra, seppur adiacenti. Letto comodo con lenzuola di qualità. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, sempre molto educato. Il luogo ideale dove trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax e fuori dal caos della vita quotidiana. Noi siamo stati in periodo di bassa stagione quindi abbiamo vissuto ‘poco’ l’albergo, preferendo visitare le mete turistiche che lo circondano. Ci torneremmo però molto volentieri.

Experiência incrível. O hotel fica em uma ótima localização da Toscana, fácil de chegar nas cidades mais interessantes. O Borgo ocupa uma área muito agradável, mágica. O ponto alto é o restaurante La Bianca, dentro do hotel!

Beautiful hotel location with Ritz Carlton service. Small things as parking your car, friendly staff and delicious food presented very well. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfy.

Sehr schöne Anlage, ruhig gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer (Premium) groß, sauber und für vier Personen ausreichend, ebenso großes Bad mit Badewanne. Senior Chef sehr bemüht, alle Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Leider ist Junior Chef nicht sehr gastfreundlich, Kinder sind für ihn scheinbar nicht willkommen. Frühstück Auswahl ok, jeglicher Kaffeewunsch wird erfüllt. Abendessen geschmacklich ok, aber teuer. Auch Getränke an Bar sind teuer.

Um dos melhores hoteis que já me hospedei! Toda a propriedade é linda e muito bem cuidada. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi impecável e o café da manhã foi muito bom, recheado de produtos frescos e locais. Já quero voltar!!

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Tout le personnel a été charmant. L'hôtel est génial, aussi bien les chambres que les extérieurs ainsi que les plats dans les 2 restaurants.

This place is a hidden gem! The property is absolutely stunning and has that Tuscany country charm. The pool is amazing, especially for kids. Most of all, the dinners were gourmet (and we are foodies!), and the included breakfast was top notch with customize omelette station, mimosas, smoothie making station and huge variety of food options. The outdoor seating was under umbrellas, next to the pool and was so relaxing and quaint. The restaurant and property staff were kind and went above and beyond. They helped arrange transportation for one of our tours, and with getting to and from the property (we did not have a car). They were very responsive to questions we had before arrival. They even gave us a goodie bag for our travels to our next destination. The rooms were lovely and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything one could think of as perfect as possible. Two exceptions are the bed is too hard and we were not able to shut off the a/c. Aside from that we’ll give it 10 stars

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely resort in Tuscany. The property was very beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were little dated but had what we needed for a comfortable stay ( including ac ). The breakfast buffet was great with many fresh and healthy options. The resort restaurant was ok, we preferred other nearby local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The icing on the cake was the resort golden retriever who was super cute!

Most beautiful Borgo in the Tuscany area. Close to San Gimigiano. Although you probably won’t leave the Borgo. It is perfect for families or couples. Beautiful pool and surroundings areas. Very good restaurant and delicious cocktails. I definitely recommend this place.

I wish I could rate this property 100/10. Seriously do yourself a favour and stay here, it will be the best thing you ever do!! BEAUTIFUL property and amazing service. Breakfast Buffett has everything you could ever want and is delicious. Staff are over the top helpful and friendly. Highly recommend renting e-bikes and going to Monteriggioni, it will be the best day of your life. Borgo San Luigi is a Tuscany oasis. don’t hesitate, stay here!!!

Such a beautiful property. The lush greens mixed with the tradition type rooms did it for me. Beautiful pool/breakfast area, wonderful staff, relaxing environment. My husband and I had the most calming 3 days at this property

This hotel was perfect for us as a relaxed base close to Siena and surrounding Tuscan hilltop towns. For that, you have to accept that character hotels like this with the staff ratios needed are necessarily on the high side of the price range. We booked five individual rooms for 8 nights and we hired a large car to accommodate us in comfort. With three adult children, visiting Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Monterrigioni were a must, and all were within 40 minutes. The hotel was great, grounds were lovely, parking in a secure gated carpark was easy and the location quiet and well kept. Super breakfasts on the terrace with an excellent and wide range of choice. Although we ate out most nights, the dinner and barbeque were very good overall, with nice variety of high quality options. The staff could not have been more helpful if not occassionally over familiar in their efforts to please. The pool was wonderful, the gardens offered plenty of shade and space, with cushioned sun loungers and plentiful supply of iced lemon and orange water. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels when needed, beds were firm and comfortable, air conditioning and wifi worked very well. The hotel was better than some of the 5 star hotels we have stayed at in the UK and Northern Europe previously. It was what we needed post-COVID....

Relaxing
My husband and I stayed mon - fri in July. It’s a very relaxing hotel especially the grounds which are lovely to relax in and picturesque. The staff were welcoming and hardworking and friendly. The bed comfortable. The minor quibbles would be the room seemed smaller than the images on the website especially the bathroom which had an over bath shower that felt awkward to use (we had about a 3rd up from the cheapest room would expect better) and the image on site for the outside space implied a large private feeling seating area however it’s chairs and a table right by your door in a bank of units that all have the same and the door ways are literally next to each other. Not so ideal when a drunken American couple got in from an event at 1.50am and proceeded to sit outside their door for an hour talking loudly. Obviously not the hotels fault but the proximity meant it was impossible to not be disturbed by them. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. The only other quibble was with the food situation. It would have been ideal to have been able to order off the lovely and less formal lunch menu at dinner time if we had the option. We would have preferred more casual simple options. However the food was great from breakfast to the bbq grill and the set menu gala meal too. We’d definitely stay again.

Staying here was the absolute highlight of our Italian Vacation, we even tried staying an extra night but they were booked. Lovely place, with beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds, and wonderful staff. We had an extraordinary experience! We had dinner at the outdoor grill and a wonderful breakfast, both were spectacular. The bar service was also amazing and we were introduced to my new favorite drink there... just everything about this place is magical. We went with my 10 and 12-year-old boys and they enjoyed the pool, the soccer field, and playing pool at night after dinner. We were all thoroughly happy with Borgo San Luigi.... already planning to see when we return.
