Really great hotel in a lovely area of Bogotá. Nice and close to the Usaquen flea market and Zona T and not too far from the city centre. Best part of the experience has to be the service. Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the first minute to the last!

Spa and gym are not accessible by elevator, only by stairs. A major reason I chose this hotel was for the spa and gym. Very disappointed.

El Sr. de la recepción nos hizo nos cobro el impuesto del IVA haciendo caso omiso a la exención de la que gozamos como turistas dado que hicimos la reserva con Expedia y no "por fuera" directamente cob el hotel.

El hotel cuenta con habitaciones muy comodas, el desayuno y comidas muy ricas, sin embargo llegamos de un concierto despues de las 2am y la puerta del hotel estaba cerrada, tocabamos, timbramos y hasta llamamos por telefono pero no respondian, tuvimos que esperar un momento a esa hora en la calle hasta que salio alguien y nos abrió

It’s a nice property with a lot of possibilities. Unfortunately during this stay, I was given a room with no room darkening meaning I couldn’t get any rest during the day and privacy was limited at night since other guests could potentially see through the shades.

I was at this property for 3 nights. It is Short staff in the restaurant and bar. One night the bar and restaurant was great then the next night no bartender and at the restaurant the waiter just simply disappeared and never returned and the food the second night was disappointing too.
