친절한 호스트가 맞아주고 집이 굉장히 예쁘고 청결한 듯 다만 도미토리는 좀 많이 추움 그 외에는 예쁘고 좋음

고풍스러운 건물을 가진 숙소, 그러나...
그러나 난방이 되지 않았고, 체크인에 상당한 어려움이 있었다. 4인 도미토리가 아닌 본 건물은 상태가 좋았지만 별관 도미토리는 쾌적하지 못하고 너무 추웠다.

Ce backpack ne mérite absolument pas 3 étoiles !
J'ai eu toutes les peines du monde pour trouver l'hôtel (plan erroné et aucune indication) J'ai été accueilli par une demoiselle en chaussettes qui ne parle que l'anglais (sauf au moment de l'addition ou elle parle très bien portugais et français...) Cette demoiselle était la comptable. Quand elle m'a présenté la chambre des dizaines de cartons jonchaient le sol ! Visiblement gênée, elle est partie demander des explications (houleuses) à son camarade. J'ai finalement été surclassé dans une chambre au RdC. Dans cette chambre, la déco était sympa mais la qualité et la propreté de la salle de bains étaient vraiment mauvaises. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles. D'ailleurs je n'appelle pas ça un hôtel mais plutôt un backpack...

Personalized service in small B&B
Lena was an amazing hostess. Breakfast was really great (and GF!). Our room (#4) was huge and the patio was great. Facilities are a bit old but the amenities (kitchen access, patio, living room, free wifi, self service bar) we're all fantastic. Noise from a nearby road can be loud but it wasn't a huge bother for us.

Really nice B&B. Close to everything in Sintra. Staff are SO nice! Breakfast is perfectly filling. I will surely stay again at Oh Casa Sintra!

Abbiamo dormito in questa guest house solo una notte. La casa è in genere un po' vecchiotta e avrebbe bisogno in alcuni punti di una sistemata, ma ha comunque il suo fascino e nel complesso è un bel posto. La nostra camera era composta da due zone: la camera vera e propria (piuttosto piccola) e un salottino separato con due poltrone utile anche per aprire i bagagli. Il bagno e la doccia erano piuttosto piccoli. Gli ospiti hanno poi a disposizione gli spazi comuni con un salotto con bar self-service, una cucina attrezzata (con a disposizione la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore) e il giardino arredato. Buona la colazione, servita dalla proprietaria (non a buffet). A disposizione qualche posto auto anche se piuttosto stretto e complicato se si ha una macchina grande.

Hotel of Great Character in Beautiful Sintra
Hotel is situated away from the historical centre, west of the Sintra train station, and also a close walk to the Portela station and bus terminal. It's 10-15 mins walk to the palace and historical centre or you can catch the 434 bus from the train station. There is dorm style accommodation that provides great value, and private rooms are also available. There is a lounge area, dining room with honour bar and kitchen, and a pretty garden for chatting with fellow travellers. Manager during my stay was Allen who is very knowledgeable on good restaurants and activities in Sintra. Resident chef Hugo also cooks up a feast for guests upon advance notice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Oh Casa Sintra and highly recommend the property.

I actually just needed a place to leave my luggage for the day while out exploring. Everything seemed very nice and there was a wonderful woman named Kristina who was very sweet and helped me out a lot!

A estadia foi muito boa. No entanto, o quarto era um pouco frio e quando se ligava o ar condicionado a electricidade ia abaixo ... Também foi pena o portão de entrada para colocar o carro dentro ter avariado.

Lovely House/Hotel - Casa/Hotel adorável
Danila and Maya welcomed me with tea, tips about the city, and a nice chat. They are lovely girls! I stayed in the dorm for 2 nights - which is located behind the main house. Its bathroom doesn't work, so you have to walk to the main house to use the restroom, and this restroom has a lace curtain that allows people to see you in there, if they are walking by the parking spot. I believe they are going to fix that soon, as I mentioned I felt a bit embarrassed using it. :) It is near train station and the bus 434 that takes you to Palacio Pena e Castelo dos Mouros for 5 euros. During my stay, they had a special dinner offered to some guests, and that looked FANTASTIC! The main house has a nice fireplace, candles, nice music, and lovely decoration. Isabela, the housekeeper is very kind and adorable. Hugs to the girls. ;) = = = O hotel/B&B é uma graça. Muito fofo numa casa de 125 anos. A casa principal é muito bem decorada e às vezes eles oferecem jantares especiais que parecem maravilhosos (preço 40 euros - pelo menos quando eu estava lá)! A sala principal é aconchegante com lareira, velas e boa música. Se você for ficar no dormitório com 4 camas (que fica atrás da casa), saiba que o banheiro lá não funciona e você tem que usar o banheiro da casa principal que tem uma cortina de renda que quando alguém está passando pelo estacionamento pode ver você. Meio constrangedor!

Great, though noisy
The staff and owners make this place so special! From their first welcoming smiles and offers of coffee to their advice about fun in Sintra, Danilla and Luisa went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Spend an evening with them, enjoying the fire in the lovely living room, or enjoy their occasional private dinners if one is hosted while you're there. The one downside is the outside road noise, which is daunting in room 2. Try to get a room on the other side of the house.

Lovely place! Can't wait to go back.
The host greeted us warmly and gave loads of info about what to do and see, where to eat, shop, walk. The house is lovely and the evening drinks were great. The breakfast, served outside in the lovely garden, was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Un hotel en una antigua casa tipo victoriana restaurada para una comodidad máxima y una estética más acorde a nuestros tiempos pero que no deja de mantener ese toque antiguo que enamora. La atención de Ana excelente. Y el desayuno perfecto. 3 min a la estación de tren y a la parada 434 que necesitamos los turistas para verlo todo.

Zu Beginn unseres 12-Tage-Urlaubs in Portugall fuhren wir mit dem Mietwagen von Lissabon nach Sintra um von dort für 3 Tage die Landschaft, die Burgen undSchlösser zu besichtigen..Wir waren überrascht von der angenehmen Stimmung,dem hübschen Haus, der Service-Qualität und persönlichen Betreuung. Sehr gut auch mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Zu den Besichtigungen möglichst die Busse nehmen. Zum Strand Adraga (auch sehr gutes Fischlokal dort) mit dem Auto.

Needs update
Karen was extremely helpful and friendly but the facility needs major updating. Had limited hot water second day. Convenient to train station and tourist bus 434 to Pena Palace and Moorish castle.

I am very sorry your stay at our Oh Casa Hotel has not met your expectations. The charm of our building is indeed that the Villa is over 125 years old, not many buildings in Sintra can count on that- However, hot water such as well as air condition / heaters, complimentary ipads and secure and free wifi access are of course all modern amenities that we have at the hotel and I am sorry to hear that there was a problem with the hot water when you took a shower. It must have been the unfortunate moment when the gas bottles needed to be switched. Hopefully you will be back to Sintra and we can convince you of our best service and facilities. Très bel hotel dans une superbe maison au cœur de sintra, excellent petit déjeuner et chambre très bien décorée ! Malheureusement nous étions côté rue et la chambre étant mal insonorisée nous avions l'impression de dormir dans la rue ... Seul point négatif. !

Une maison pleine de charme
On se sent comme chez soi et nous avons été très bien conseillés par notre hôtesse. L'équipement de la maison et la décoration ne laissent rien à désirer. Seul bémol, la maison se trouve à un carrefour et c'est assez bruyant.

スタッフは皆親切。インテリアも素敵で、朝食もとても良かったです。
Sintra駅から若干離れているように思いましたが、ショートカットの道(石段の階段)を使えばそう遠くはなく、ちょうどその石段の前から、ロカ岬に行くバスが出ているので便利でした。スタッフは皆親切で、客室内もこだわりのインテリアでおしゃれ。朝食もエッグタルトにクロワッサン、生搾りジュースにサラダ、ハム、チーズといずれも美味しく言うことなしです。ただ、街の中心部までは徒歩10-15分ほど歩く必要がありますが、駅前から出るバスに乗れば直ぐですし、歩いても知れた距離です。

Great location, friendly staff
This B&B is in a great location in Sintra, it is walking distance to most of the main attractions in the area. I recently stayed here on my honeymoon and my husband and I received great suggestions on local attractions and restaurants nearby from the staff. Our room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was good. Even though the B&B was booked, we didn't see or hear anyone else besides the staff during our stay, so it felt like we had the whole house to ourselves. Oh Sintra also had parking available which was a big plus, however, I would recommend leaving a car behind if possible. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend staying here

Looks great
This is a lovely hotel/B&B clearly designed by an artist. It has a shabby-chic interior which is quite lovely. This being said to be warned that the parking is very small… And you'll have to walk about one half hour into town. There are about 50 steps you'll have to manage the end of the street.

Thank you very much for your review. It was lovely having you as our guests. However, please note that it is a shortcut to the trainstation with steps we recommend to shorten the way to the city center, however, if you take the normal road, it is wheelchair friendly, it only takes you 2 minutes longer to get into town. Also, please let me clarify the distances. We are 2 minutes or 200m from the central Sintra trainstation. The city palace in the middle of the ancient centre of town is about 750m away according to google maps which also suggests 9 minutes to walk. Thank you, the Oh Casa Team

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en hoteles de este tipo., ya que es una casa con varias habitaciones atendidas por sus dueños( muy amables y serviciales). Compartimos la mesa del desayuno con los otros huéspedes Fue una experiencia distinta y entretenida ya que procedíamos de distintos países y hablábamos diferentes idiomas. Una linda experiencia en un Boente muy acogedor y de muy bien trató

Great stay
We booked for one night, but when we arrived we were so enchanted we booked a second night. This is a charming old home, with a lovely living room with fireplace at your pleasure. We had the master suite with a veranda off the bedroom as well as the bathroom. Lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine in the evening. An honor bar where you pour your own drinks and write it down. Close to all of the historic sights. Wonderful morning breakfast. Very helpful staff
