Hey Lacey, we have plenty to do besides sit and wait to see if someone wants to come make a complaint to us.There is WELL displayed documentation on the desk at all times, informing you on how to reach the desk agent, I'm sorry you seemed to have trouble reading a sign.Breakfast comes on the weekend, and everyone is well-accustomed to this rule by now. I know for a fact that you weren't told this, as my crew is dynamite(as explained by the wall of positive experiences preceding your complaint), and stick to their tasks assigned.I normally hate to invalidate a guest's shared experience, but with all due respect; yours is invalid to me.I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your room and our town, have a nice day!

Hello Lani!I went to try and get to the bottom of this, but it doesn't seem that you stayed with us, based upon my log of guests here, there hasn't been a Lani in the past week unfortunately. To answer to your pricing issue, you'll always find a better price through a third party like expedia instead of going directly to the hotel, that's just how hotels work.That being said, the room status you've reported is unacceptable. Hey Robert!Unfortunately, it seems you've fallen into the projected 20% of people that can't be pleased!There are plenty of restaurants in town that serve breakfast, and we like to keep a good business relationship with our friends around town.As for the marijuana smell, we have strategically positioned air fresheners, it's difficult to mitigate beyond that, in a town that has weed dispensaries the way other towns have Starbucks.Perhaps Estes or CO Spirings would be a good fit for you, as they don't have as much marijuana in their town.Warm Regards!

Hi Ira!I hate to invalidate your experience, but anybody who's owned a swamp cooler AC system knows the difficulties associated with their window adapter sleeves. This "car wreck" might not have been as nice as something you'd prefer to drive, but I assure you that my vehicle operates just fine.We hope you find a hotel that suits your high-level standards, but if a few dents and scratches in a car in the lot are going to change your opinion of a hotel stay, there isn't much we could have done is there?Have a nice day!

Hi Diane!Unfortunately, our system is well-in-place, and we check for those key cards every single morning. This is why we highlight the part about the lost key charge on our guest registration. The key cards are unsuspectingly costly, especially when factoring shipping time and costs, along with our total guest experience if we run out of cards during a shipping delay.I also checked, and we haven't had a Diane make a reservation since March, so we unfortunately can't address your issue with the bed, as we haven't heard recent similar complaint, and cannot find the room in question.In spite of our relationship, we wish you a lovely day!
