I liked the cozy feel of the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed however was worn so it felt likevwe were falling off and the room wasn't swept. Other than that we loved the stay and would recommend it to others.

We stayed for two nights, in a luxury queen room outside of the pool area. The room was very small, but they were sold out of anything larger. The linens were clean, bathroom was nice. There was a lack of mirrors, aside from sink vanity mirror. So I popped out the door to use full length mirror in the hallway daily. The a/c window unit was somewhat quiet, but the room was very humid. Not in a way you could physically feel. But when we checked out, all of the clothes in our open suitcase and snacks were damp. The pool was clean and nice, I did not go in the pool, just layed out. It was a nice area. The tiki bar is not open. There were a decent amount of breakfast pastries, coffee and mimosas in front office. There is parking included with your stay a few blocks over, so that's super helpful. The location was fantastic, that is what mostly would bring me back to stay in the largest room available.

Our room was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Very nice shower with good water pressure. Continental bfast with mimosas. Nice pool. Easy walking on Duval St.

The room was quaint, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were stellar! The continental breakfast was delicious! The outside bar was not opened. The garden area and the porch were relaxing! Bikes are available to rent from the front desk! There is parking on the property! Just a hall block to Duval street. Duval Inn was perfect for our anniversary get-a-way!

Everyone of the employees at Duvall Inn were very pleasant and helpful. Duval Inn is in the center of Duval. You can walk or bike to Mallary Square or the southern most end. This is our second time there. We will be back!

A Very small room. No place like a table to put even a small meal . Staff was nice The Breakfast was fine that they served The little Bar was not open at all. Not a big deal only a hundred to choose from in Key West. Have fun parrot heads!

The Duvall Inn was so good, I don’t want to share! Small, enchanting, only 1/2 block off Duvall, beautiful quaint pool & garden area, clean, accommodating, walkable from one end of Duvall to Mallory Square, close to shopping, dining & entertainment, private free parking off-site, & a wonderful continental breakfast with free unlimited Mimosas every morning!! After checking in & parking, we did not need our car until we left. We had such a great time, we’ll be back again!😁

This property is in the heart of the city. Has a very good parking facility two blocks away. I called as we were going to reach early and the lady at the front desk made the room available earlier! Great experience !

DO sleep on the Duvall Inn - worth it!
Room was small but well appointed. We stayed in Seaside, which had a private entrance leading to Angela Street. Location was great. Even though it’s across from a bar and on the street, I didn’t find it noisy. Bed was surprisingly comfy and lamps have USB chargers. Shower had good water pressure, and Elemis products were another surprise! A/C was humming along and trust me, it got a workout. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends in history. No complaints - only improvement could be a more spacious room, but then it wouldn’t be quite so quaint or cozy.

Location was right in the middle of downtown Key West so you were never that far from many of the area's attractions. Parking options were nice also. Staff for check in process needs to do better at making guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

It was so clean comfortable, great toiletries. We think we got a different room than we booked but we think it was even better. The breakfast was ok the pastries a no go too dry. Overall rating 9 out of 10.

Right off Duval St., so not exactly quiet at night but when the establishments close down it’s peaceful, tranquil and feels like an oasis all throughout the day and early evening. Pool is enough for escaping the heat and continental breakfast is some quick nosh to quell the grumbles. The only knock would be the mattress in “Leaf” needs to be swapped out as it’s a banana…. Would definitely stay here again as it’s centrally located and a perfect oasis!

While the room looked lovely we were infested with some kind of bug. Once we turned lights off at night we were attacked by flying insects. The night emergency number worked well and we were moved readily. It was difficult getting to sleep anticipating more bugs Also, I had to sign an authorization and give my cc number by internet when I was supposed to pay at hotel which I did not appreciate

Wonderful little B&B. Staff were excellent and accommodating. Free parking and the location was fantastic. Walk to every where. Pool and property were lovely and free breakfast. Can’t ask for more.. would stay again! 😎

We were there 4 nights. Very easy check in. Helpful with local information. Free parking a block away. Nice pool to cool off in the afternoon and evening. Duval Street is right around the corner with plenty of good restaurants and music and shopping. It’s not that far to walk to the harbor. Would stay there again.

Very nice place. Backyard is nice including the pool. The breakfast is very nice. Easy to get around the area too. Parking is included and in a secure lot.

If they had offered daily maid service, we would have given a better rating. The staff were great, comfortable bed, nice pool area, close to activities.

However we do offer daily maid service all we ask of our guest to let us know when is a good time to go to the rooms since is a small property we can offer the luxury of guest that party late and can choose the time for their service rather than knocking on their door when they may be resting.

We stayed in the ocean room. The room was cute. The shower was super small. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower and couldn’t regulate the temperature. Either scalding hot or cold.

It was very clean and quit. Staff was very friendly and eager to help with our questions and any needs we had. They continental breakfast was fresh every morning. Its not even a full block away from Duval street. Will stay here again.
