This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. My wife and I went to check in about midnight after driving 6 hours. We were both tired and she is pregnant. what should have been a simple and quick check in turns into 30-40 minutes bc the front desk lady seemed not to know how to check in. So close to 1am, we just went into the room and went to bed. My wife wakes up in the A.M. to find that our room was disgusting. There was mold in the toilet! The sink was broken, shower had hair and thick grout from one end of the tub to the other end. The floor not swept or mopped. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed. The microwave was filthy! The worst part was the bed was not cleaned! It had dirty blood stained sheets and blankets along with dirt and hair in the bed! We requested a room change but that was unavailable due to no vacancy. Which I can imagine since We were there for a soccer game which expected to have 50,000 people attending. So we settled to just have the housekeeper come clean and that request was put in at 9am. No one came. Front desk stated that there is only ONE housekeeper and that housekeeper went home for the day bc he was so business that he didn’t have time to make it to the 3rd floor. So my wife bought sheets for the bed and I contacted Expedia. Only then did a housekeeper show up at 4pm to clean just the bathroom. He was the only reasonable person there. Do not stay here. There were roaches as well and homeless people everywhere! I have pictures as well.

The property outside is okay but the room was dirty; there was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked for some they told me I had to come get it from the front desk. The fixtures were tore up; also I checked out early and when I called about my refund they told me I hadn’t been properly checked out

Terrible experience
I have never been in a hotel that’s charging 100 dollars a night or more and been in these type of conditions. I wish that I could also have the recking smell in evidence as well… it was so bad my family and I slept in the car. When telling the front desk attendant she had no interest in why I wanted a refund, that I booked for 5 days. This was a horrible experience, that I hope no one has to face, especially with your family and children. Hotel.com should not have this hotel on the list.

There police were there every day for something. They charge you for towels. You have to pay for any things you think would come with the room like dishes. There is no pool. It said breakfast included no breakfast. The lobby staff doesn't show up until 10 or ll am. Also the room had roaches ugh!!!

Overall nice enough, just didn’t realize some of the differences from a standard hotel room. Such as no travel sizes of shampoo and conditioner and no ice bucket.

Bad check in
Reception not open. Had to find another employee to call someone to come check us in. Waited over 30 minutes before someone came. Not friendly nor did they apologize. I did thank the person who first helped me and she was very kind.

Unnerving the crime that can occur for the area. Facility is old not well kept. People gathering around outside and knocking at your door at late hours. But for extended stays unfortunately it’s the norm.

Room was booked for 3 people. Only had bedding for 2. Opened up the sofa bed to a horrible stain, either feces or blood. Made do for the night, talked to the manager next morning, treated rudely and told to come back in an hour for bedding. Last, not least, booked this place for the pool, gave up breakfast for it. Pools covered and not going to be repaired. Horrible motel, however Expedia did make it right

Rude personnel, I had a suite and only 2 towels, I went to front desk for towels and they refused to give me more, 2 towels for 5 people is totally unacceptable, dirty place, smells like mold, needs a total remodeling. Will never stay here or recommend it to nobody.

Not good. Stay elsewhere.
Room that was booked and paid for was not available. Hotel front desk blamed hotels.com for the problem. Made little attempt to fix the issue. We ended up craming 5 people in a room intended for 3. Asked for an extra blanket (since one of our party was sleeping on an air mattress that I had to go purchase) and was told they didn’t have any. Not good.

Entgegen alle vorherigen negativen Bewertungen war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber mit Kochzeile und großem Kühlschrank. TV mit 46 Programmen. Bad war ausreichend groß und die Dusche einwandfrei. Vlt. hatte ich ja Glück mit meinem Zimmer. Housekeeping (die sehr oft nur nerven) gab es nicht, was ich als sehr gut empfand. Man hatte seine Ruhe. Fehlende Artikel (z.B. Handtuch, Toilettenpapier etc.) konnte man aber problemlos an der Rezeption erhalten. Das Frühstück (zum mitnehmen) war, wie oft bei den kleineren Hotels in den USA üblich, Kaffee und Muffins. UBahn ist ca. 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, da es laufend auf und ab geht. Ein Leihwagen ist ansonsten zu empfehlen. Da das Hotel für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein gutes Preis/leistungsverhältnis hat, würde ich es jederzeit wieder buchen. Wer mehr Luxus braucht, und Ihn sich leisten kann oder möchte, sollte allerdings ein Hotel in der Innenstadt nehmen (ca.3-4x so teuer) !!

This is in a pretty upscale area in the Atlanta suburbs, but it was a dive. The staff was nice enough, but the place is falling apart and dirty. I'm sure they're short staffed like every other place currently, but it was just a bummer to not even get a clean room with all the facilities (namely the toilet) in good, clean, working condition.

It was so bad. So so bad. I don’t recommend going here at all. We attempted to check in, and front desk staff tells us they’re not sure there’s a room for us-even though we reserved a week in advance. A man is in the lobby asking people if they’ll take his cash and make an Apple Pay payment for him, which was awkward. We finally get a room and head upstairs. It’s not the room type we booked, but we were tired. I unfold the sofabed and it looks like someone was murdered in it. Dark red and brown stains all over it. This is what I’m expected to have my kids sleep on. I go downstairs with pictures. Best front desk could do was offer me a “Mattress protector” which was a piece of fabric with hairs stuck to it, and some sheets. There’s dog food under our bed, and obvious marks where a previous persons dog has chewed on all the door frames. Our bed side table was sticky and had stains running down it, and 2 of the 4 lamps in our room didn’t work. The no smoking policy was not enforced- the entire place smelled like a fresh cigarette. The hallways were littered with trash and people were just laying around in the floor in the hallways- it was so strange. We ended up leaving a night early because we couldn’t stop coughing and sneezing. It was awful and ruined our trip overall.

The property was ok, but the neighbors next door had a dog that was constantly barking at 2am. I called the front desk and no one answered. The coffee that is served in the lobby is mostly water. I will not be staying there again.

Not pleased
This stay was an emergency stay due to bad weather. The room require pest control and it had a bad smell. And customer service was not great.

I was disappointed the staff was lazy they act like they couldn’t find anything or give anything when I asked for it. The room they put me in my family in had roaches, the bathroom was dirty!! The tub in sink was clogged up and stuff was coming out the sink it was nasty and trifling. I wish no one not even my worse enemy to stay in this hotel!.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. NO NO NO
The customer service sucks here at this location. The employees here at this location on Peachtree Dunwoody rd do not do their job at all I had three different employees tell me they would bring me a blow dryer and a telephone in 30 minutes five or six different times and they would just laugh about it to my face. I don't cause nobody no problems I don't bother nobody I'm polite and nice with everybody so there's no excuse for how you treat a consistent customer so it's something personal against me. I love extended stay america as a chain but not this specific location. I will never stay at this particular location again for sure.
