Breakfast wasn't the best in terms of options. Room were satisfactory, but noise level was not. Overall an ok stay.

The staff here is amazing! Darlene the cleaning lady is super friendly and does a superb job. Jaymie the lady at the front desk is also super friendly and even remembered us from 5 months ago! Keke is another super friendly front desk lady and more! The free breakfast is great! If you leave hungry, its your own fault! I wish we would gotten the name of the lady working the kitchen. She was on top of everything! Super friendly and nice too! The hotel is great but the employees keep us coming back!

Upon our arrival we received a warm and friendly greeting from the ladies at the front desk.They promptly provided pertinent information about the facility. The entire facility and specifically our room were very clean and well maintained. The staff managing the continental breakfast were very responsive and continued to keep an adequate supply of warm and fresh food available. We were very please with every aspect of our stay and would certainly stay here in the future. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel
Beautiful hotel! From the big Christmas Tree in front lobby to the welcoming staff, its a great plave to relax and unwind. It's also walking distance to Winterfest of Lights, which is why we originally decided to stay there. The only issue is some of the guests for lights will take up the parking, but the hotel staff apologized and parking wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.

My only complaint would be coming back from dinner and not being able to find parking at the hotel during the winterfest hours.

Amazing service
We were impressed with how clean everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly for our stay. We had an issue with the people in the room next door shouting at us for leaving our room in the morning (8am on a busy parade weekend). The front desk immediately took care of it and spoke to them.

The only thing that we really had a problem with was parking. We were there for the Christmas Light show at the park with our young kids (8yrs & 7month) and we had trouble parking at night due to no one enforcing you can only park at the hotel if your staying at the hotel. I mean the hotel doesn’t even have a parking pass to put up for there guest all they ask for is Make & Model of your car no pass no license plate number so there’s no way it can be enforced. Frustrating parking out in no man’s land with small kids when we are the paying customers.

It was a two night mother/daughter trip. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The friendly staff really made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.
