주변 관광지로 이동시 편리함
객실도 깔끔하고 이용시 불편함없이 이용했습니다. 무엇보다 복잡한 관광지 중심은 아니지만 주변 관광지로의 이동이 편리하고 지하철역도 가까워서 상해에서 지하철을 주교통수단으로 이용했답니다.

Quiet, peaceful, near the subway and there are some convenience store next to the hotel. The staff are really friendly and they speak good English.

有冰箱，可以煮吃的。有微波炉，提供一定的煮食用具。有洗衣机，可以甩干衣服。不过油盐酱醋、洗衣粉那些就要自己备了。很像民宿式的酒店，日常用品挺全的，适合长时间居住。住宿费用便宜，交通方便，位于市中心。

照明が暗かったですね、 毎日掃除が入りますがシーツの交換は有りません。 スリッパ、洗剤、は準備してありませんでしたが要求後届きました。 シャワーの出は少なめ、トイレ、洗面の水のでは少な目絞っている感じです。 テレビは日本語の放映は有りません。

nice place with a kitchenette,
Good place to stay in Shanghai (with a small kitchenette). Very close to subway, and it have a direct shuttle bus services to Pudong airport. clean place (no bug), but furniture is a little old. The stove was broken, but the landlord replace it the next day. The bathroom was ok and clean (but a little "refresh" will help a lots). I have # 1604

元の部屋はエアコン壊れてて、部屋を変わって広くなりましたが、そこもゲジゲジがいたりクモの巣があったりで、７泊予定でしたが２泊で退散します。

Message to the management of the hotel-apartment; Your hotel is in the best area of Shanghai, I understand that renovating all rooms is an investment, but changing the towels you give to your customers is a MINIMUM, because the one you give us should be banned by measures of Safety for Customer Hygiene

Great staff
The location is convenient and close to subway station. Room is spacious. But I most appreciate the staff helping me coordinate with the airline when my flight got cancelled because of the rain storm.

交通機関へのアクセスが良い宿
地下鉄静安寺駅から徒歩5分、路線バスや空港バスも使える。ショッピング、食事などロケーションは良い。 掃除がきちんとしている。室内に洗濯機も（洗濯サービスもあるようです）

Excellent location and convenient.
Excellent location with everything nearby. Laundry machine, simple stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and simple drying racks are really plus. It is ideal for people to stay there for a few weeks even longer. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. The bad smell from the bathroom drainage pipe everyday last at least 8 hours shall be resolved. I would recommend this hotel because I believe that the hotel staff will improve the cleanliness and resolve the issues. I wish I could rate this hotel higher in future.

Well located bit try to find another one
If the place was very well located. The hotel wasn't easy to find. The reception is at the 19th floor. The hotel was quite old, the sheets wasn't very clean and had holes... The WiFi wasn't great. I stayed 9 nights but they didn't make the effort to give me two new small bottles of water and tea bags every day.

近地鉄站，交通方便
離地鉄站只幾分鐘步行，附近有大型商場及不同食店，坐地鐵到其他地方亦十分方便，不錯的酒店，廚房也十分方便，晚上可加熱食物，下次會再考慮入住

このエリアの宿泊施設は価格も高く、良心的な価格は満足のいくものです。 気になった点として、シャワーヘッドハンガーが壊れていた、備え付けのシャンプーが あまり泡立たない（リンス？）、布団が薄く寒い、など。すべてある程度は「この価格なら」 との割り切りがあれば我慢できる範囲です。

Good location in the city
Equipments in bathroom and kitchen are not in good condition. TV is too old model and remote control doesn't work. Room size is spacious and overall cleaning is very good. Wonderful city view made me unforgetable.

Location, location, location
Locationwise, it is very close to Jing'an Temple and very convenient to go shopping and take ride on subways. There is a cleaning service everyday and I think the service is decent. In the room, they have TV, fridge, microwave, kitchen, small laundry machine. It is good for long stay. However, the facility is a bit too old, and not well maintained. I saw several cockroaches in the room even during winter time. Towels and pillows are too thin. Hallway is too dark. 立地は静安寺から徒歩圏内で非常によい。ルームクリーニングも１日に１度あり、サービスは良い。部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、キッチン、小さな洗濯機もあり、長期滞在者向け。ただし、建物設備が古く、あまりメンテナンスはされていない印象。ゴキブリも滞在中に部屋の中で３度遭遇。タオルやまくらは非常に薄っぺらい。廊下も暗い。

Conveniently located in the centre of Shanghai
I stayed at this Hotel Apartment 2nd time and it again came up to my expectations, This Hotel Apartment is very conveniently located about a 12 mins walk from Jing'ian Temple on Line 2 & 7 of the subway/metro which is actually connected to the entire city including the Airports & the railway stations. You can have your food at the nearby located food court just around the corner or you can just buy your own groceries from a super market nearby in the kitchen of the Hotel Apartment. If you take the metro from Pudong International Airport, take line 2 and change your tracks at Guanglian Road to reach Jing'ian Temple from where you can walk to Skiline service Apartments in 10-11 mins. The staff at Skiline , Sam & Tony are very helpful in guiding you to any place you want to visit in Shanghai. I had come for a business trip & I wanted to stay at a peaceful location away from the hustle b bustle of the city and as I had stayed at Skiline in my previous tours, i preferred to stay here again.It is a historical place too, when you get down at Jing'ian Temple, you realise that Jing'ian temple was built in 1686 and the original building still looks as good as new after so many years. Excellent Place to stay,

設備齐全，洗完的衣服，服务員还会代掛乾！办公室在十九層，没有事先註明，到时难免不知去那办！ 地点也極其方便！ Lobby is situated at 19th floor which was not made clear before hand!

Excellent location,reasonable price & comfortable
This apartment block is very conveniently located , very near to the subway, a crossover between Line 2 & Line 7, the subway station is Jingan Temple, when you come out of the station, it is a walk of 10 minutes from exit 1 or 5, crossover OLD NAVY showroom & the Ferrari showroom when you get out , turn right & right again & Hallo you are there, I became a Fan of the location, , from both the International Airports take the subway Line 2 to reach this place and you avoid the traffic & save your money as well, about 350RMB one way. The staff is nice & co-operative, they speak average English but the best part is they guide you to wherever you want to go , so you you are never lost. I am definitely going to stay here again, for this price its a great deal...

The staff was friendly but didn't speak a lot of English. I found some bits of trash not cleaned in the corners of the room and some hair still on the ground.
