The restaurant didn't have that much choice, specially the breakfast was very simple and everyday the same. The rooms where specious but to hot and in my room the water was allover the bathroom when I took a shower. Don't know if this hotel is an option in the future.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, des toiles d’araignées. Un petit déjeuner extrêmement chère alors que ce n’est pas un buffet. De la poussière sur le ventilateur. Pas d’air conditionné, pas de chauffage. Le train qui passe juste à côté donc impossible de dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger

Promised a lot, delivered little
The hotel definitely does not live up to the pictures on the web. In a three day stay, we had no air conditioning, was promised a room with a bath we didn't get, you couldn't open the windows properly which is a fire hazard, and one window had no mosquito net. All not usually a problem (apart from the fire hazard) if the owner hadn't have had the heating on in the spa, creating an oven in the rest of the hotel on nights when it averaged 25 deg C outside. He had clearly tried to address previous comments on here about missing bedside tables, but the footstools he had put in were so low and angled they were more of a hinderance. With just a small attention to the details this could be a much nicer place to stay, but it is so unloved and the owner so surly, that it just would be never some where to go back to. Please note the spa is not free, parking isn't free.

Het is een mooi concept. De kamers zijn zeer mooi maar hier en daar moeten er mss toch wat kleine opfrissingswerken gebeuren. (vb onderste rand in douche was los). Het wellness gedeelte is heel mooi ingericht met alles erop en eraan. Het eten ook zeer lekker.

Séjour agréable
Hôtel très correct style épuré, avons passé 2 nuits, petit déjeuner avec produits bio suffisant et varié. Spa et piscine très agréable. Le moins il manquait un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre et les peignoirs.

I stayed 11 days in Kortrijk and decided to stay the last 4 night with my wife in more nice hotel with option of spa. Was a little disappointed. Our room need attention and no information about spa in English and no one seems to mind showing us arround or tell us about possibilities in Spa. I will find some other hotel for next time. I would love to have being noticed as it should be in 4 star hotel and enjoy what they have to offer. Did not went to spa so I can not say if it is ok or not. Breakfast not for me since I try to avoid bread.

Kamer werd 1x gekuist na 6 dagen en was niet proper bij aankomst. Kamer was dringend aan opfrisbeurt toe, vuile muren; versleten meubilair; versleten en gebarsten douchevloer ..... kortom dit was een uitgeleefde kamer. Producten die op waren werden niet direct aangevuld zoals papieren doekjes, wc papier ... Soms kregen we bij de douche een mat, soms niks en dan weer 2 stuks ....? Dit was zeker niet meer dan 2 sterren waard, zeker geen 4.

A very calm and relaxing 'retreat'-like atmosphere despite its fairly central location. A great place to relax after a busy day out and about.

Hotel hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, Zimmer auf 2 Etagen, Zugang zum Schlafzimmer und Bad nur über eine sehr steile und schmale Treppe, die man bei Nacht ohne Angst nicht benutzen kann. Frühstück gibt es nach Gutdünken der Angestellten, offiziell in der Woche ab 7:15 und m Wochenende ab 8:15 in Wahrheit aber erst ab 7:30 und 8:30 und dann auch nur die französische Version. Pool ist nur gegen Gebühr zu nutzen und das auch nur von 7:00 - 11:00, ansonsten nur mit dem Wellnesspaket für 25 € / Tag. Es gibt ansonsten keine Möglichkeit nach Feierabend mal kurz zu schwimmen und das war für mich der Hauptgrund der Buchung. Also im ganzen für Geschäftsreisende ungeeignet.

Sobriété et modernité
L'endroit est superbe. La chambre est très sobre, contemporaine et spacieuse. Le lit est immense et très confortable. La baignoire est fabuleuse et la douche aussi. A deux pas de la gare et du centre ville. Un parking est a disposition et celui-ci est fermé le soir, donc le véhicule est en toute sécurité. Les seuls points négatifs sont qu'il n'y a pas de porte aux toilettes (pas un problème pour moi, vu que je ne partageais pas la chambre, mais c'est sûr que ça crée des liens... :)) et l'autre point négatif, c'est qu'on entend tout des autres chambres. Mes voisins étaient calmes, donc ça allait, mais j'imagine que ça peut vite être un problème.

Habituée à être en déplacement, je n'ai ni apprécié l'accueil ni les prestation. SPA à 14€ les 4h alors que rien n'était indiqué lors de la réservation. Télécommande de la TV HS et personne n'a fait pour venir dépanner. Il faut sortir pour se rendre dans le restaurant qui ne sert que des produits surgelés. Le tarif du petit déjeuner est inacceptable. 17€ pour quasi pas de choix et des viennoiseries surgelées. Plusieurs ampoules dans la chambre HS et l'état général de la chambre laissait à désirée. Le personnel n'est pas chaleureux. Je ne conseille pas du tout

L'hôtel est présenté avec un SPA dans l'offre mais tout est en supplément. A aucun moment cela avait été annoncé . De plus le petit déjeuner à 17 € est tout simplement une honte. Je suis à l'hôtel 4 jours par semaines et là c'est tout simplement une arnaque.

zijn niet echt gastvrij ontvangen. kamer was nog niet klaar(bedden niet opgemaakt)hebben de koffers achtergelaten in de kamer maar bij terugkomst waren deze verdwenen door de eigenaar kregen wij te verstaan dat we te veel gedronken hadden en dat we zeker vergeten waren dat deze nog in de auto zouden staan. al met al heeft het een uur geduurd tot dat hij erachter kwam dat zijn personeel ons had verhuist naar een andere kamer. nog geen excuus of wat dan ook. wij zullen nooit meer gebruik maken van dit hotel.

Store flotte rom og spa avdelig.
Hadde en natts stopp. Store rom med separat toalett og bade rom. Stor god dobbeltseng. Frokosten var litt sparsommelig. Flott spa avdeling. Litt kjedelige omgivelser, men bare ca 10 gange til sentrum. Stor gratis overbygget parkingsplass.

The place is so hidden that it is difficult to walk to from the train because the taxi drivers will not take you there. The place is run down, and the staff is indifferent. The room was dirty. You basically open the door and you run into the bed. It is a horrible place. The food was basic and expensive at the restaurant. They branded the resort as a retreat, but it is more like a nightmare. I will not be back, and I will go out of my way to tell people not to stay there. Horrible!!!

Quality hotel - Good choice
The room was wonderful. Full and diverse breakfast. No time for the spa unfortunately! The restaurant is good but expansive for what is the plate. Would definately go back if I have meetings in this area.
