I absolutely loved my stay at Showers inn! It was a very convenient location as i was visiting my daughter for mom's weekend...close to shops, bars, restaurants and most importantly to her! I loved my room with an outdoor balcony, a gas fireplace that i used all weekend and tons of space. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish and not overly precious as they can be in certain B&B's. The breakfast was delicious! I only wish I had discovered this place earlier!

Very beautiful mansion close to campus and downtown. The room was extremely spacious and relaxing. Much nicer than a hotel at an hotel price.

We stayed in the main building. Common spaces were wonderful and original to the historic house. Very comfortable and nicely appointed throughout. Dining spaces for breakfast were very nice. Had the option of sitting at a private or communal table. Very nice service. Several great options available for order off of the menu. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful landscaped grounds. Quiet and peaceful. Parking very near by. Downtown Bloomington and IU campus very accessible on foot or by car. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Quaint bed & breakfast. Cute room, well decorated. Kitchenette with microwave, large dorm fridge w/ freezer, coffee pot, sink. Comfy bed. Very nice!

amenities are new, room is clean, but you can see some spider webs at some ceiling corner. Breakfast is great, it is actually a restaurant style. If you're hurry in the morning, you had better skip breakfast here

First time staying and it was great! We enjoyed every moment of it. Especially the breakfast we had (Huevos Rancheros) that was the most authentic I've had outside my home!! Kuddos to the chef! God Bless this place!

Historic 1890’s B&B in Bloomington
We had a great time. Place was clean and nicely furnished with a porch swing, glider and comfortable chair. We sat on the covered porch in the rain. Walking distance to the Union, about 6 blocks. Breakfast was delicious and table service was efficient with friendly staff. The only thing was we put out the checklist of what we needed and nobody ever came to read it or provide supplies.

A very cute B&B where every detail has been carefully thought about - down to the fresh cookies at the entrance. We had a lovely stay and will certainly book again next time we are in town.

I had a solo weekend stay for mom's weekend. Even in February, the grounds were pretty and well maintained. Indiana can be ugly this time of year. I loved that I could walk to most places where I met my son for meals, etc. You can easily walk to campus or the downtown square from here. The room was immaculate and appointed with everything one would need. The breakfast was speedy and very good. The place overall had a great vibe. I felt very safe on my own and would definitely stay here again in the future.
