This hotel is the one I alway stay during my trip to OKC but this time, the price is quite higher than other times... Beside that it's great all the time. They have great breakfast section!

It close to several restaurants the airport and highway what i didn't like is the room offered by expedia does not exist in this hotel and we had to basically share everything

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The young lady who helped me most mentioned she was training. Keep her! She was friendly and informative. She made me feel appreciated.

Not worth the extra $$$

We stayed for a trade show over the weekend. When we first entered the hotel there was a strange aroma. Lobby was clean so we didn't know exactly where it was coming from. Check in was super easy. Staff was very friendly. Upon exiting the elevator we smelled weed very heavily. Once we got into our room the weed smell went away but was immediately replaced with what we described as a possible sewage smell. It was coming from the heating vents. I almost asked to switch rooms but didn't think that would help. The beds were comfortable. Room as expected. I don't like having to ask the hotel for turn down service or housekeeping to do their job. For a hotel room that costs over $100 a night, I expect my toiletries to be refilled, clean towels, etc without asking. The 2nd night the lobby still smelled but our room didn't. The 3rd night the smell was back. I am going to assume there is a sewage issue somewhere on the property. I won't stay here again. Also, having to pay extra for a continental breakfast is silly.

Thank you for staying at our hotel in OKC. I apologize for the weed smell or any other odor you encountered. We do occasionally have people smoke in rooms. It is now common to ask for housekeeping service, I apologize that information was not conveyed at checkin; however, we do have it on a piece of paper in you key packet. We do offer a full buffet: including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and oatmeal along with all our continental breakfast. I hope you will come back and try out hotel again in the future. Safe travels.

We enjoy a couple of the restaurants right down the road and being so close to the outlet mall and a couple of night clubs We don’t necessarily like the amount of homeless people roaming in that area
