Great location. Two minute walk to the beach. We arrived two hours early and Wendy let us check in. Not only that she upgraded us to a two bedroom suite from a studio villa because it was available. Appliances were brand new. There was a lot of TLC in the unit. They had everything we need. A great experience all around.

Nice place to stay. Our unit did not have a real good wifi signal on our computers, so had to use hotspot on phone. when moved closer to the office it was goodl Other minor things were referred to manager for attention.

The host lady is a bit too much. I had trouble with her prior to stay on a call. Then while on property I reached out a couple times. She was pleasant. Then the final time I reached out she was a bit testy followed with a time sensitive question and waited until after check out to respond. The safe did not function. The TV and remote were sub-par at best. For as much as it was a night, I feel like the toilet paper could have been better as well. It is super thin and rough. There are much better options in the area for the price.

sofa beds in general are not high quality bedding, but the Sable room had a sofa bed that was among the WORST QUALITY BED. POOL was freezing cold. Staff was ok.

The units are very comfortable, look to be recently renovated, had everything we needed. The pool area very nice with lots of seating. The location is great- just a walk across the street to the beach. And many restaurants close by. Staff was very nice, helpful and good communications.

This is a cute place with a very Florida feel. Each unit has private outdoor space, which was nice. The location was perfect, very close to walk to the beach (just across the street practically). Shannon, who works there, was extremely nice and took care of every request quickly (for towels etc.). My only real con was that my unit had pretty weak water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were like mini apartments and very nice. They are in the process of renovating the property so not everything is finished yet but what is done is pretty and feels comforting. There is a nice pool and the private access beach is only a block away. There is a free trolly that runs pretty late into the night. Just be prepared for long wait times, at least in the summer, for dining. However, the restaurants are so close to your hotel that you can get in line, go back to your hotel, and wait for the call that it is your turn. You can get back to the restaurants in about 5 minutes and they wait for you. If you have food allergies I recommend The Waterfront. They take food allergies seriously and really go above and beyond if they make a mistake. The Sandbar does not take food allergies seriously and is overpriced for the food you get.

The property is somewhat dated. The pool and decking needs maintenance and/or renovation. The tile and concrete is broken in spots and the filtration system emits a mysterious frothy substance that ruled out swimming for us. The bathroom floor was dirty. The vents were musty and needed cleaning. The doorlocks were ancient and certainly no deterrent to a determined burglar. In short, we learned that there were numerous choices in vacation rentals that were nicer, newer and better maintained or updated.

Property manager called the cops on us because someone complained about my family and I talking outside our room. This made our stayed very uncomfortable because, we were not loud at all. The people that complained were very rude and racist because it bothered them that we were speaking Spanish. Also the manager said that check out was at 10:00 am which we were Not aware of. But she said in a very rude way. Definitely not worth the money! You basically paying just to go to sleep and not to enjoy your stay, since it feels they are watching what you do all the time. I would not recommend palm tree villas.

The guest next door to you called the police and called us to discuss it. She was upset due to your loudness, not the language you speak. Even if it was English and you were loud, she was going to call. Not sure why you would mention your language. Did you ask them if the Spanish was the problem or the volume of your partying?Yes, everyone is entitled to peace and quiet while on vacation., especially after 10pm. You booked one night. You knew check in is at 3 and checkout is at 10am. No one has the time to "watch" what you are doing. Proper respect and etiquette goes a long way especially more now than ever. You also told the guest next door you came to party and for them to "get over it". Was that nice? Maybe you were racist to them because they did not speak Spanish......

Overall pretty great. Slept comfortably.😌 Only a couple of small issues. Water pressure in the shower was fine but really low in sinks. Lots of light switches that did nothing. Never figured out how to turn on ALL of the lights. One light just flickered w very low light. Pool was ok. Free laundry access! 😃👍 Free parking. Lovely area.

DISABLED GUESTS. BEWARE!!!! DISCRIMINATION
Extremely rude and discriminatory towards one of our disabled guests that had a service dog! Owner broke several federal laws when she accosted and berated our disabled daughter and her service dog. She was extremely rude even though we calmly explained our daughter had a service animal (protected by federal ADA law) and even that our daughter was only visiting us for a short few hours after spending the afternoon at the beach with us. Our daughter was extremely distraught by the situation and accusations. The owner was very rude and kept arguing with our daughter despite us informing her several times. We paid well over $25k for a professionally trained service dog that was CLEARLY identified and under perfect behavior and the owner kept accusing my daughter of breaking the rules because it wasn’t a “seeing eye dog” and that’s the “only kind of service dog she allowed” which goes against all the federal and local laws regarding service animals. The owner also threaten to charge our credit card with a fine. We WILL NEVER RETURN! And if I’m fact she attempts to charge us, we will seek legal action for discrimination.

We apologize that you feel this way. We were never informed that you were bringing a pet. We are a pet free property and we had guests complaining as to why we state one thing and are allowing pets at the same time. We had quite a few unhappy guests. You also did not pick up after your pet as well. The manager on duty at that time was not an owner and she should have been properly informed. You also asked about pets in general up front and we told you we do not allow pets and you never told us anything about bringing pets, service dog or not.
