3박4일 동안 3명이 묵었습니다.~ 가격대비해서 너무 만족 스러웠습니다.단지 곰팡이 냄새가 조금 났지만 이냄새는 동남아에서 흔히 맡을수 있는 냄새라..참았습니다.~

맛있는 아침식사 와 룸서비스
그랜드메가에서 가장 맘에 들었던것은 아침식사가 맛있고 룸서비스 음식들이 괜찮은편이라는것입니다. 룸상태는 나쁘지 않으나 창문이나 환풍시설이 미흡해 냄새에 민감한 사람들에게는 힘든곳이라고 생각됩니다.

생각보다 훨씬 만족스러웟음.
새벽에 발리 도착해서 하루 묶는 숙박했어요. 너무 늦어서 룸이 업그레이드 됬습니다. 방에 간단한 취사가능시살이 있어서 장기투숙여향자에게 좋을것 같습니다. 다만 방에 창이없어서 환기가 불가능한테 곰팡이냄새가 너무나서 고생햇습니다.

발리 첫날은 이곳에서 하게됐습니다. 꾸타 다운타운 르기안 뽀삐스 스미냑 까지 항상 택시타야하고 여기선 택시 이용하는게 한국처럼 만만치 않습니다 은근히 돈도많이들고요. 그래서 위치는 별로임. 그리고 내가 배정받은 126호실 정말 최악임 시설을 떠나서 너무너무 좁고 불편했습니다. 다신 찾지 않으리

가족여행 계획이면 다른 호텔 추천합니다. 길건너에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 편리한 반면, 호텔 앞 4차선 도로 건너는게 쉽지않아요. 풀바때문에 좀 시끄러운 편이예요. 택시타고 꾸따 디스커버리까지 10분이구요. 요금은 3만 루피 안 나올꺼예요. 호텔 직원한테 블루버드 콜택시 불러 달라고 2번 부탁했는데 한번은 미터요금 가리고 비치워크까지 25분을 10KM 이상을 돌아가더군요. 한번은 그러려니 그냥 넘어갔는데 두번째에는 공항방면으로 가길래 GPS 보여주면서 올바른 방향으로 가 달라고 했더니 무시하길래 운전기사 자격증 카메라로 찍고 신고할거라고 하니깐 그제서야 미안하다며 목적지까지 곧장 가더라구요. 혹시나 꾸따나 스미냑에 매일 나가야 한다면 이 호텔 비추예요.

타호텔대비 가격대비 아주 우수하였으며 위치또한 갤러리아몰과 마주보고 있어서 좋았음, 물론 쿠타시내와는 좀 떨어져 있지만 갤러리아몰내에서 마사지, 쇼핑, 식사가 해결이 가능하고 대형마트도 있어서 괜찮았음, 단 룸의 관리상태는 5~6년 넘은 관리가 잘안된 호텔분위기 였음, 그렇다고 사용하는데 전혀 지장이 있지는 않음, 기대에 못미친다는 의미임 대체적으로 만족하는 숙박이였음

정말 가격대비 최상의 호텔
발리 올해 2번을 가서 첫 날 랜딩호텔로 묵었습니다. 가족과 함께 했는데 이번에는 풀장옆에 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 수영장 물도 발리에서 제일 깨끗한 축에 속합니다. 화장실물도 짜지 않고요...그리고 조식도 매우 훌륭한 편입니다. 특히 빵종류와 디저트가 최상입니다. 다시 가면 똑 묵을만한 최고의 호텔입니다. 지리적으로 안좋은 것은 발몰리 쇼핑과 하이퍼마트(개인적으로는 카르푸보다 장보기가 매우편함.꾸타에서 2번째로 큰 마트임)가 있어서 좋고, 조금 걸어가면 차이니스 드래곤(예약필) 마사지가 있어서 좋습니다. 언제나 서비스도 친절하고요...강추입니다...............

프로모션으로 저렴하게 이용했지만 너무 싼 디럭스룸이라 그런지 방은 크고 욕실및 공간도 분리되어 좋았지만 하수구 냄새가 나서그런지 향수를 미친듯이 뿌려놔서 머리가 아팠어요. 창문이 전혀 안열리는 통유리창이라 답답했고 위치도 쿠타까진 택시이용해야해서 별루고 수영장은 너무 깊어서 막 놀기는 좀 어렵구요. 좋은건 싸다,조식이 끝내준다.물이 깨끗하다입니다.

가격대비 훌륭한건 아니고 그냥 그럭저럭 쓸만햇어요 남들이말한것처럼 방보다 화장실이 더크구요 세면대가 불편하게 되어있고 따뜻한물이 금방 나오지않았어요 주변에 마트있는건좋은데 저는거의택시타고 다 이동해야되서 담에 다시온다면 꾸따 시내에머무를것 같아요

Honest review. Shocking and disappointed. Hotel lobby had no lights nor air con on, it gave an unwelcoming vibe. Was first given a room at lv 4. Went in and immediately shocked to see big patches of the room walls having mould. The light switch beside the door was covered with brown liquid we rly had no idea what that was. How could the housekeeping missed that? Called reception and asked for a room change and they brought us to a room at lv 1. This lv 1 room had no visible mould as it was covered with wallpapers but there was a perpetual stench of sweat smell. The bedsheets had stains on it so called them and they brought in another 4 pillow case. Upon inspection there were still stains and I realise they really inventory and property management issues even though staff were trying their best to provide the best service. Toilet walls and floor tiles were cracked and you could see all the mould within the cracks due to the humidity in the bathroom. Morning breakfast buffet was atrocious. Chicken seemed to be from the dinner yesterday and reheated, dry as hell. Flies were everywhere on each section (bread, fruits), so pls avoid them. The bowls and plates had stains and broken chips around that no one cared about and still placed there for your taking. It was really an eye-opener how they can name themselves 4-star. Although the property and inventory were poorly maintained, staff were friendly, greeted us, and were helpful. I would not come back again.

Rooms are very old and not like the photos. Linen smelled like old body odor. Room smelled like mould. We were on 4th floor but sounded like we were sitting right near the pool. Being woken up at 5am by screaming people in the pool was not good. Left the hotel and went elsewhere for the duration of our stay.

Property is in need of a facelift. Photos online are very old. Was woken up at 5am by screaming people in the pool. Sounded like you were poolside even though on level 4. Room smelled, pillow smelled. Staff were friendly and food was nice. Checked out after a day and went elsewhere.

The room was un liveable. Extremely unhygienic. Mouldy, cockroaches spiders, holes in the walls, wires hanging out. We moved to another hotel after having to stay 1 night does to coming in late. Never experienced this in bali ever before.

Breakfast was decent, that’s literally the only thing good about this place. I stayed here 2x in 2018 then 2019, same price, and it was so great, pool was great, rooms were actually clean, you just paid for the price and I was very satisfied. Thought I’d go back again after having great experiences in the past and I was very disappointed. The room actually smelt like old swimming pool water, we found a cockroach on the floor the 2nd day, the bed was rock hard, there was this small cushion couch in the bathroom which had all sorts of stains on it, the shower water was insanely hot sometimes even when it was supposed to be just warm, the mirrors were cracked, the bathroom door always had so much water coming out if it because the shower would get overfilled. It just seems like there was no maintenance at all over the last few years which is a shame.

Not what we hoped for
We were hoping to enjoy a swim; a drink & a massage, on the last few days of our holiday. Grand Mega Resort wasn't what we wanted. I didn't research enough that the bypass wasn't very accessible on foot. The high chlorine levels meant the pool wasn't enjoyable. The bar was inactive. The room & balcony were stifling hot because they're covered in metal & glass. The reception area was nice & the check-in person relatively pleasant. Overall, it was ok but wouldn't recommend it for guests wanting what we did

Good hotel but could use some fixes
We only stayed one night so others may have better input. The room was nice but it had been used hard and some of the mirrored surfaces were cracked and the shower didn’t drain so the water ran the whole length of the bathroom. The pool was nice and breakfast was good.

This is NOT a grand mega resort. It is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. We complained about the cleanliness of our first rooms, we had two. We could smell the damp as soon as the door opened. The second room we were given was not much better, blood on one pillow, brown stains on another. The toilet seat was another experience. Hopefully I can upload pictures. We left after being offered a third room and were told the rooms were non refundable. A very expensive mistake for the hotel management to make. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. We looked at the pool, I would not even let my dog swim in it. Do not book this hotel - go somewhere else!!!

I had high hopes for this place when looking at the pictures and reviews. Upon first glance my room looked gorgeous until I got into my bed and I realized it smelled like urine. There was also a brown stain on the wall next to the garbage. While I was there for four days I saw a few cockroaches as well. I tried to talk to someone to get a different room but they said they had cleaners to come in but they never came throughout the 4 days. Every time I left the hotel I would let them know so I could come back to a clean room. The food here was also not that great. Poor selection and didn’t taste great. I have picture proof of the cockroach’s, the gross stain on the wall, and how dirty the one bench was in that room. Please do not stay here if you value cleanliness and being safe.
