Apartment was very spacious and had great views. Room was clean and had great amenities. Unfortunately we had terrible weather basically the entire time we stayed including regular storms and some windows weren’t sealing properly which made the wind noise inside quite loud. I’d say this is due to the age of the building. Otherwise great communication and friendly responses.

We were able to get into our suite early and the check in process was quick and easy. Walking into the suite the views were great and everything was higher end, e.g. Miele appliances, composite bench tops, 55" TV. There were however a few niggles that could have been resolved by a thorough inspection of the property and then correcting the issues. It may sound petty but a large clock needed the battery replaced. Knives needed sharpening. Sheets on our bed, whilst freshly washed, showed significant signs of blood. A water jug would have been useful and a missing light globe was not replaced during our stay ( yes we reported it). All small things that just detract from a beautiful apartment.

Older property but a wonderful place to stay. Good sized apartments close to Surfers for shopping etc and the tram is right out the back. Rooms need a freshen up and the beds are quite hard but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

Room was pretty gross, someone else’s toothbrush and razor were left in the room and washing was left in the machine. Waiting at reception for 15min to check out and advise how unhappy I was but that was unattended and no one was around.

We had a fantastic stay recently. The location is perfect just a few blocks from the main mall but quiet enough on the ocean front to feel private. The apartment size and condition was excellent. We look forward to many more visits. Thankyou.

The car park is only 1.8 meters high which they don’t declare on the website. Building communal areas are dated but ok, the apartment we had was in poor condition and Not clean. Reception was very responsive and tried to assist but were limited by need for major repairs needed to be done by owner.

The sea views are amazing. Short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise or excellent public transport just around the corner to take you where ever you want on the Gold Coast.

First up is the amazing view! Exactly what I was after.. Beach directly across the road and tram station a 1 min walk away but If energetic it’s only a 15min walk to Cavill Ave.. The pool is excellent and the location is just opposite the beach...awesome! However, our apartment needed maintenance just so we could lock the doors! In there defence though, they're getting around to all the issues, just that nobody had mentioned all the issues with our apartment to them before us.

It is an older property but the location , size of the room, views from lounge and bedroom windows, easy parking more than made up for any building datedness.

It was good. Had a hard time keepong floor clean as dining chairs keep dropping black stuff from the bottom of it every time you sit down. Other then that it was good. Some soap for dishes would be good. And may be few pegs as it was very windy had to use the dryer i didnt think to bring pegs with me to a holiday. Iys a good sode appartmant and we like that there was most things there to help make a stay great. Thank you. Also hope bond comw back soon

The property was nice and spacious , clean and had everything we wanted in there . Very close to the beach with beautiful views. We also had our own allocated parking spot which we were happy with :)

The pics online are not what to expect when you book. The view was the only good thing. The room was shabby,drawers missing in closet ,furniture and linen was from the 70's paint buckets in pantry I was very disappointed.

Wonderful ocean views! Gorgeous beach across the road. Tram runs behind building, making easy access to shopping precints and tourist attractions. Stayed in apartment 417. Would definitely stay here again!

Great views of the ocean from your own balcony. Well maintained property with a lovely heated pool & spa. Rooms were very spacious & had all of the amenties to fend for yourself. Would definitely go back!

As a whole, we have a satisfying and comfortable stay in here. The location is very convincing which is just right next to the Glink tram station and the beach. Everything is neat and tidy, the room is well-appointed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The ocean view is breathtaking as well. The only thing is that the corridor light inside the room burnt out but it doesn’t really cause a big problem. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

Amazing ocean view! Our unit was pretty old fashioned, could be great with a bit of paint and new décor. A few small things like the oven having no symbols/temp icons so didn't know what setting it was on, chipped bowls, no microwave dishes. But the views made up for that.

A perfect stay with perfect ocean view!
I could say, it is a perfect stay where you can enjoy the ocean view from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Could you imagine, you are cooking facing the ocean. It is one of the best view in my life. Walking distance to Surfers Paradise North Tram Station, it took less than 5minutes. We even use the bus from airport and took tram on the Broadbeach Tram station direct to Surfers Paradise North station where it cost about AU$ 5 per person one way using the GoCard. It so convenient and we are able to save cost on transportation. We even use public transport to travel around Gold Coast and Brisbane city. You might feel this apartment abit old, but they maintain it so well and refurbish has been done in 2018. For my family, it worth every penny you spent.

Fantastic location and facilities. Room was clean and tidy with an amazing view over the beach. Only downside was that the carpark has a height limit of 1.8m which wasn't specified in the brief of the hotel. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Tim and jenny were helpful and gave practical suggestions to our queries. View was great, however if stay were to be in summer it can be hot as 1 of the 2 rooms does not have an air-conditioner. We enjoyed our stay, thank you

Blown Away
We absolutely loved our apartment on the 13th floor, amazing views of the ocean. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and our son and his girlfriend came to stay with us for the weekend. So much room with ensuite and bathroom. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was very tidy but could have been a little bit cleaner, I think it was cleaner when we left but I wouldn't hold that against them. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes, office staff are very helpful. We will definately be back.
