Dearest Guest, we are glad you had a good stay with us and that our staff was kind and helpful. A 5 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el fna, des souks et du palais Bahia. Le riad dispose du’ Terrace équipe et d’une petite piscine dans le patio . On espéré a très bien tôt . Dearest Guest, Thanks for your feed back. We are glad you had good souvenirs after your stay with us at Monriad. Our position helps our guest to visit easily the medina, we are 3 minutes walk from the main square and 2 minutes from Bahia Palace. The safety of our guests is one of our priority: we have a camera outiside on the main door, our staff in 24/24 h in the riad to take care of you and also for your safety. Our terrace has loungers, sofas and for relax and tables and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner. We decide to choose umbrellas instead off a fix cover to protect our guests from the hot summer sun. The fix cover would have hindered the view on the Atlas Mountains, the medina, the koutoubia and the star-filled night sky. We hope you will be back again at Monriad with better weather to enjoy more the terrace and our wi-fii. Thanks a lot from all the staff

Buongiorno, Vi ringraziamo per aver recensito Monriad e siamo lieti che abbiate apprezzato il nostro staff. Il nostro riad ha diverse tipologie di camere (standard o superior) e prezzi. Le camere standad sono sicuramente meno spaziose delle superior, motivo per cui abbiamo cercato di rendere gli ampi spazi comuni del riad confortevoli per trascorrere il tempo e rilassarsi: terrazza, salone con camino, libreria, patio, salone con televisione.. Dear Guest, thank you for reviewing Monriad. We are glad that you enjoyed the location and our staff. The staff of Monriad is at your disposal for any needs and problems during your stay. Your comfort is the priority of our staff, but unfortunately the technical problems are unpredictable and when is possible we always try to solve them as quickly as possible. The experience inside a riad (typical Moroccan house) is different than staying in a hotel, there are rules of cohabitation to be respected and try to be tolerant towards customers of different nationalities with different uses and customs. As indicated in our descriptions and highlighted in all the photos, ours is not a swimming pool, but a splash pool where customers often find refreshment in the warm moroccan months bathing or sitting on the steps to read a book and chat. Large swimming pools to swim or spend all day long are located in the new city, outside the medina, and in case of interest during your next stay we will be happy to recommend some of them. Dear Guest, We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. It's very important for us the cleaness of the rooms, regarding the pictures of the ceiling we had a little loss of water and it had been repaired the day after. Concerning the lamps they're authenic vintage models of moroccan handcraft, we are very sorry that you did't take pictures of the room and our beautiful terrace.
