Staff was friendly and room was clean. Pool was not clean and no towels and the breakfast was not very good. Building is dated and lacking maintenance.

The pool was damaged and out of order. The breakfast options were nice except some of the choices weren't very good. The room was nice and clean and a good size. Its a good hoyel to stay at. Its close to alot of things.

Could use some updating in the rooms. Overall felt clean, but the tub didn’t drain while showering, there were wrappers under the couch when we pulled out the bed, and the trim was falling off in places. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was great. Very easy on and off I-75.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before. This was the first time we had some disappoints in our room. The tv remote for the living room only partially worked so we couldnt change the channel. The furniture was very dusty, and the wall unit in the bedroom area was very noisy so we didn’t use it. Thankfully we had a suite so the bedroom tv worked and the wall unit in the living area worked fine and was quiet so we just had to turn the temp up a little higher to also heat the bedroom area.

The first room had a ketchup package on the top of the headboard. They gave us another room that had mold in the bathroom and the furniture was all tore up!! Hallways not clean looked like not vaccumed in days. The free breakfast was a joke. The guy did not know how to do anything and didnt want to refill the pancake maker!! Save your time and money. Only good thing was the 2 ladies at the front desk!! If i knew how i could post pictures i would!!

The stay was very nice. Front desk agents were very friendly. Only issue I had was one of the beds in our three bedroom room didn’t have a comforter. So after calling we had to go down an get one. And while getting settled into the room we noticed a chocolate bar bag and wrappers in the drawer, a water bottle behind the night stand an old makeup under the bathroom sink. Otherwise looking past that it was a nice stay!

It was a nice trip only issue the pool was very cold, but we enjoyed it. The desk clerk who checked us in was very sweet and hospitable.

The sole reason we chose this hotel was because it has a pool, but we were told it was closed on arrival. Staff said it was on the website and on Expedia but it was not. Also other guests that booked that same day had called and were told the pool was open. I didn't want to go through the hassle of cancellation and finding a better hotel in the very limited amount of free time that we had. I asked for a partial refund and was not given one. The room furniture was very worn out. The air conditioner condensation was soaking the carpet. Unpleasant staff made us feel bad for asking for refills of breakfast items that were empty 1 hour before breakfast service was supposed to end.

Disappointing stay
After checking in and going to our room I said to my husband, I hope her demeanor Is not an indication of our weekend. Sadly, I was right. First room, I could turn tv on but could not change channel, I went down to desk to ask if someone could come look at it, she said NO. I was like ok, what can we do? She said what do you want me too do. I was taken aback as I didn’t think it was a difficult question. So i asked if they could change out the tv? Answer was no. So I then asked for a new room. She responded with I’m not upgrading you, I said I didn’t ask you to! This part is not her fault but your light on your smoke detectors is so bright and blinks so often. It kept waking me up.

The hotel seemed nice even though there was a smell about the place and the staff were ok not real professional or that inviting, what kinda upset me a little is that I left my favorite belt behind and they said everything gets brought down to the front desk well anything but my belt. And the boxes behind the seat look kinda trashy

We booked an entire extra day onto our trip to take kids swimming in the pool only to be told it was “under construction.” There was no “construction” being done. In fact, it was running the whole time. The sign was magically gone the day we checked out. We fully believe that the staff did not want to clean or tend to the pool area over the weekend. Well, their laziness costed me 250$.

Pros- the breakfast was pretty decent as far as options. The lady working the breakfast was great, so kind! Cons- the pool was SO warm, it was not refreshing at all. After a long hot day, getting in a cool pool would be so refreshing. This was not it. I wouldn’t even go down there the 2nd day, so disappointing for my kids who love to swim. It’s the reason we chose a hotel with a pool. There were also no pool towels. The room itself, we really liked the lay out. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately that was about it. Old K cup left in the coffee maker from previous people using it. Sheets and pillows has stains and small holes in it. The bathroom grout was gross too. Dust blowing out from the furnace/ac in the bed. Both lamps had some damage to them. Couldn’t use the plug in on the lamp, didn’t work. Our sign should have been the room number sign was falling off. The TV didn’t work well, was told it was that way for the whole building. They have directTV, it was glitchy with a small pop up in the corner saying to call the front desk. The pancake maker was also not working ( not a deal breaker but definitely a bummer) I don’t know if something changed with Covid but they don’t have housekeeping that comes by daily to grab garbage and fix the beds. Had to wait like 5 mins for someone to even come to the desk to check us in. This place is not worth how much they charge per night. I think it is in need of a desperate remodel. We will not be back.
