Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As shown on your booking we saw that there where only two adults that would be occupying the room, as a good gesture we wanted to upgrade you into one of our larger One-bedroom suites. We where not aware that it was two adults and three children so we do greatly apologies for the inconvenience that it caused. We hope that if you choose to stay with us in the future we can give your family a better experience while staying with us.
