We couldn’t get in our room till after 4 due to it not being cleaned but they had a nerve to knock on my door day of check out at 9:21. Over all everything was ok they need to scrub the scum around the tub bathroom is the most important for me this is why they got the starts they have from me.

Hi Megan,I am very sorry for the delayed check-in. WE normally overcome a whole house turnaround like the one we experienced that day. I am afraid we were delayed. The tubs are scrubbed daily. I am terribly sorry if it was not to expectations. Please use your do not disturb sign to avoid a polite knock. Check out is 11AM and we expect that you will enjoy your room until then. Again, very sorry we did not meet expectations.

The lady who tended the breakfast area did a great job and was very nice...front desk also nice. The room was large, up to date, modern, and well detailed. Shower had a grab-bar (we are seniors). Room rate was competitive. Indoor pool. Very good channel offering. Hotel was spotless.

This location was great. The morning employee who checked me out of my room was great. I love this hotel chain. Always a great stay. The night staff to check me in was a bit rude and uncouth. But otherwise a great experience.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was ready early so no problem checking in early.

We were Sitting in the lobby with our family, my wife and 14 year old daughter. There was another group playing a board game. There was another larger group that was gathered of adults and kids. The group was talking and sharing stories, it was loud as there were many people together, but everyone was having a good time. At 8:45pm on a Saturday night, the hotel manager came out and announced the lobby is closed everyone has to leave and the football games on TV were being turned off. They then turned down the lights and asked everyone to leave. The family playing a board game asked why they had to leave and the Manager said the lobby is closed. I have never seen such poor and disrespectful treatment of guests who were paying to stay there. I would not stay here again, so many better places to stay, great disappointment Holiday Inn.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding in this regard. The decision to close the lobby was apparently in concern for the wellbeing of yourselves and other guests. The manager on duty felt this step was necessary. It is not a step we take lightly and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

The smell of chlorine permeated our room down the hall. Other than that, the room was clean, downtown was a quick car ride away, and there were plenty of options for food around the hotel.

If you want a hassle checking in. stay here
The g m and the front desk crew were very rude. There was a problem with credit card authorization. The problem Was not corrected even After requesting help from multiple people... I would not recommend this hotel because they are a hassling bunch.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Rooms were immaculate, service was excellent. Only negative - room A/C was overpowering and there was no way to turn down the fan in the unit. When it came on it was like opening the door on a blizzard (slight exaggeration). Often woke up during the night with a sinus headache.
