エレベーターがないので3階とはいえ、運ぶのが大変だった。 それを見越して1階の部屋を予約したのにサービスという事で3階の広い部屋が用意されていた。 長期滞在するには調理道具、食器などは少ない。 ベットマーキング後のシーツが黄色く不潔に感じた。

Sufficient parking space for guest. Simple breakfast, value for money against apartment. A number of washing machines & dryer provided. There is no lift, if you at higher floor it could slightly inconvenient.

The room conditions are very good and make us feel at home. The apartment provide kitchen utilities and laundry self service. What I don't like about is the poor Wi-Fi connection.

Overall it was a great stay. If you do not mind climbing up the stairs especially if your room is on the 3rd or 4th floor. Ample parking space is another plus point. Signage to your property should be bigger and clearer though.

Good place for group
Apartment was clean, staff was friendly. The area is a bit far out from town chichis not a problem for me as I needed to be in that area.

I would stay here for next time
Great. It's value for money, but the breakfast is too simple but fair as the price u pay. Large room, comfortable bed, and quite confront in the living room area.

Nice stay
Great to have free upgrade to bigger room. This is my second stay in this apartment. Everything is fine however tv and water heater rosak. I already made a report at counter. Seems like counter will fix this issue as soon as possible.

Friendly staff bur smoky
Smoky room and does not help when cleaners sit around and smoke away. Friendly staff at reception. We changed room but still smoky. If you are a smoker, this is your place. The bathroom can do with a good clean.

Clean and functional
This is not a place for luxury lovers. However, if you're looking for a clean, functional place, where you can cook a little and wind down after a long day, Jinhold fills the bill. Cost is reasonable and location is central. It's relatively quiet and safe, and everything in the room that was supposed to work, did indeed work. Personally, I was quite content with my 8-day stay.

Supposed to be a,service apartment.
The staff are friendly but fail to provide complete information For example, one has to request basic kitchen utensils and cooking posts and pans. There were no dishes or even drinking glasses. A king size bed was provided with a single pillow. The room smelled of smoke and durian. Night table lights were broken, walls and baseboards needed painting. Towles are thin and undersize. Had to wait several hours for requested second pillow and extra towles. Food at breakfast buffet is very poor quality. The outdoor patio where breakfast is served is a pleasant environment. But watch your head walking through the garden gate if you are over six feet tall. LOL

Nice apartment near Jalan Song area
The room is bigger than I have expected. The appliances are pretty old but still fine since I wasn't using it. The air conditioner was all in good condition and was pretty cold. The television is good and the couch was comfortable. The stereo does not work though. There is a small walk in closet beside the toilet/bathroom. The toilet/bathroom is too dim and small.

Prima kamer voor de rust
Verblijf van 4 nachten was prima ivm de rust en de ruime kamer. WiFi was redelijk, soms wel bereik, soms niet. Kamer is geen 1 keer schoongemaakt in de dagen dat we er verbleven wat jammer was maar voor ons niet erg omdat we schone handdoeken kregen wanneer we erom vroegen. Medewerkers spreken niet goed Engels alleen ze hebben ons goed proberen te helpen als we vragen hadden. Fijn is dat er wasmachines zijn. Afstand naar de stad is ver en er rijden weinig tot geen bussen in de buurt.

Good and convenient
Good and convenient location with a rented car. Just limited amenities (in terms of iron hair dryer) as well as thin walls (i.e. you can easily hear footsteps and dragging of chairs)
