I stayed there with my husband and two young children and I can tell you that if you expect any type of cleanliness, don’t stay here.
When we first entered our room, I noticed that the decorative chairs had stains all over them. Even the one in our bedroom did. I had to ask for e tea sheets so I could cover the chairs so that we could sit down on something clean.
When I opened the sofa bed for my 6 year old to sleep on, that mattress was also covered in black stains. So disgusting.
Speaking of clean…you have to request to have your room cleaned. We did so 3 times and only once did someone come. The one time housekeeping actually came after our first night, they didn’t even make our beds. It was hard to even tell that the room had even been cleaned. Then, when I called the front desk on our last day to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned, they told me that housekeeping said they had been there, implying that somehow I was mistaken. I assured her that no one had cleaned our room. I’m pretty sure I would know the difference. Our room had towels that needed replacing, and overflowing trash cans.
I called the front desk to ask for more towels and she told me to come down and get them since she was the only one working and couldn’t leave the front desk.
The only good people were the ones working the breakfast bar.
Overall this place is horribly understaffed and the cleanliness is way below par. You’re better off staying somewhere else. Very disappointing for a Hilton.
