The Perfect Holiday
Just finished our stay at Dockside Apartments and cannot fault anything about our stay. it was clean, updated and had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. I have already rebooked for next year.

Lovely stay at Dockside Mooloolaba
We just spent five nights at Dockside. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with full size oven and cooktop and very roomy. On-site manager Paul was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside (which was my fault for not enquiring) was the shower over the bath. I'm getting too old for that! Easy walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended staying at Dockside.

We loved it here
We were so pleasantly surprised by the location and the condition of the entire complex. The apartment itself was freshly updated and so very comfortable! It has everything you could possibly need! Being set back a couple of blocks from the esplanade meant you didn’t have any noise and were a shot walk to the wharf as well as the beach.

Lots of space and good location for the price. Only downside was the ceiling fan in the bedroom which started to click after a while.

Great location. The Site Managers were very obliging & helpful.The property is extremely clean & well maintained for its age. Did not realise until arrival that there was no lift access in the building or that a two bedroom apartment came with only one bathroom. There is also only key access to the garage not swipe access.

Great location. On site management rally lovely. But bedrooms do not have air con and are west facing and bedding was old and really uncomfortable. Kids couldn’t even get a good nights sleep.

Great stay for families
Only short stay at dockside but apartment really well equipped for families. Lots of cooking utensils and washing facilities for clothes. Really clean friendly management and good location to everything in Mooloolaba and good price. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Dockside. Excellent and friendly communication before my arrival, there was no need to communicate whilst there but I was aware if there were any real issues I could just call Paul or Michelle. The unit was spacious, clean, sunny and the area during our stay was quiet. The only thing I will say is that the master ensuite had a smell, similar to that of wet carpet (carpet was not wet.) Other than that we enjoyed our stay. DVDs, books etc downstairs both children and adults if you wish to use them and a multitude of tour brochures and information. Having a fully equiped kitchen with full size fridge, oven, hotplate and dishwasher made life easier too - not having to purchase meals out. There is also a full size washing machine, dryer and laundry tub in the main bathroom. The pool is heated and clean with BBQ area fenced off to the side The only down side to our stay (which has nothing to do with the resort) was that my daughters car was broken into so be aware and make sure you lock and remove all items. There are allocated parking spots underneath the building, however, the car sits too low to the ground and we were not able to navigate the 'bump' down to the garage. Also note that there are no lifts so if you do not travel lightly you will need to take your cases up the stairs yourself, no big drama though as not that many stairs unless you stay on the 3rd level :-) Nice and central to everything. I would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay!
The apartment was great, spacious enough for 2 couples. Good having a washing machine & dryer. The pool was lovely & there was a well equipped BQ area with tables/chairs & lights. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. The beds were comfortable & there was a paper delivered to our door every morning. The owners were very friendly & helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier as our apartment was ready. It is very central to everything, an easy walk to the beach & shops. It was a bit noisy over the weekend nights as the locals were out & about in their noisy cars.

Good location
Great proximity to beach, restaurants and marina. Easy walk. Clean and comfortable. Sunny and open, 2 balconies to enjoy. Nice to come home to after a busy day. We enjoyed the warm pool and we enjoyed the many palm trees around the apartment.

Reasonable location, not too far from the Beach
Stay was okay, but we had some difficult checking in as our apartment was booked for an inspection on the same afternoon. The property managers took a bit of convincing to try and make it work best for us, even though the mistake was not of our making.

I was disgusted to find Expedia had debited our credit card account when Ihad not made an actual booking but had just reserved a room. Would never, never again book with last minute or Expedia as they added a very hefty $150 commission onto the actual price the resort charges.

Very handy for event weekends
Apartments are just 5-10min walk from the esplanade. Handy for event weekends when other access roads are blocked off. Unit parking space big enough to squeeze 2 cars into 1 space so good for accomodating guests with more than one car. Staff were very helpful with check-in and check-out.

Nice complex.
Nice and comfortable. Good complex. Each unit in the complex is individually owned and furnished so the few specific problems we had would not apply to all. Good location short walk to everything.

Great location, and excellent value.
Excellent location and represented good value for money, rooms were spacious and well appointed with a/c, flat screens and all modern conveiniences. Wa alking distance to the beach and everything Mooloolaba has to offer.

Our stay was amazing !
We had so much fun, the pool was great , the grounds were clean and child friendly . Everything was so close to the apartment . I will be staying here again next time .

Nice place to stay close to the beach
We had a really nice stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with any details and the late check-in. They also left everybody a little Christmas basket which was very nice. The place is close to the beach, Underwater World and the rest of town.

It was only us the next day we saw another families having fun talking loud he went n scream at them too it looked bad.he should be bit nice with customer service people go 4 relaxing n family time.not staying there ever

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at Dockside. At busy times it can be a problem when some guests want a quiet time and others want to party. Noise carries at night, so we usually ask people to keep music and chat down after 9.30 - 10pm so as not to disturb other guests.
