THE WORST HOTEL IN MY WHOLE LIFE
A HOTEL THAT LOSES YOUR SUITCASE AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. We were on hiking for 5 days and left our luggage at the hotel. When we came back, 1 out of 3 luggage was gone. The manager kept on saying that “he will so his besy” to “help us find it” but he really didn’t do much. I know, because he did not even know that CCTV footage does not cover the storage, which shows that he sis not check the surveillance cameras sufficiently. It’s been 2 days since we’ve checked out and no news and no expression of sorriness at all. This is the part I am most upset about. It was the hotel’s responsibility but the manager said he was not responsible for the loss b/c this kind of thing never happened in 6 years. Then why did it happen this time? If I knew the hotel would be so irresponsible, I would have stored my luggage at a place where they charged money. All in all, I’ve been to many many hotels in my 30 years of life, but was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been. It downgraded me and my family’s trip to Queenstown.

편안하고 안락해요 주방이 있어서 요리를 할 수 있어요
주방이 있어서 요리할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 전반적으로 편안하고 안락해요. 단점은 생각보다 낮은 지대에 있어서 1층에서는 호수가 보이지는 않아요

그저그런 잠만자기 편한곳입니다.
퀸스타운 시내에 한가운데 있기때문에 위치적으로는 최고 입니다. 주차장도 뒸쪽에 따로 있어서 좀돌아가야 하지만 불편하지는 않습니다. 다만 너무 시내쪽 건물사이에 있다보니 전망이나 그런건 없습니다. 또 너무 따닥따닥 붙어있다보니... 지나다니는 사람들 소리가 다 들립니다. 짧은시간 여행이나...위치적으로 좋은곳을 찾는다면 추천하지만... 퀸스타운의 멋진 풍경을 원하신다면 비추천입니다. 그냥 잠만자기에 좋은곳이지만 운이 없으면 이또한 사람들소리로 시끄러울수 있습니다.

퀸스타운 시내에 잇어서 찾기 쉽구 방에 키친이 딸려잇어서 요리하기 좋아요 그리구 물도 잘나와요 하지만 조금 아쉬운점은 바로앞에 펍이 잇어서 밤에 조금 시끄럽습니다

Very nice location to go city center. Little bit dark room, old furnitures, quite big noise from street right in front of motel. Not a nice shower and wc but not a big problem.

Parking was difficult, carpet was covered with stains, mold in grout in showers, fans in both bathrooms didnt work, there was pealing paint in 1 bathroom and bedroom, we moved the couch slightly for easier tv viewing and there was garbage that was dated 11 days before our arrival, the dryer didnt work until we figured out how to reset it, the beds looked good untill the 2 sheets that were folded over the duvet came unfolded to reveal a filthy looking duvet with blood or blood stains on it! Could be a very nice place if it was given some attention. Nice view!

Location was great, property was terrible. Dishes were dirty with the bread board still having crumbs on it, the apartment was full of dust, a random sock, clothes dryer that didn’t work and to top it off, our lounge room ceiling leaked when it rained. So much that half our floor was soaked.

Very comfortable start and so close to everything. Floors are very creaky though which wasn’t good at night as could hear the neighbours floor creaking loudly also.

Room was large and comfortable but the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The reception staff were exceptional.

Our external sliding door would not lock. We told reception. Their solution, whilst we are out to dinner, leave a screw driver on the counter for us to fix it. The property remained unsecure. Upkeep of the property is poor. There was no parking unless you paid for it, but even then it wasn’t guaranteed. The only thing this place has going for it is its location.

Roomy apartment, surprisingly quiet given location close to busy streets of Queenstown. Things I didn’t like: the apartment was too hot , making it hard to sleep: no air conditioning, just heating. Parking was very limited, but given the location, once we’d returned our hire car, the location was fantastic. Two great Indian restaurants just across the road, and a short walk to the busy and beautiful foreshore of Queenstown.

Suites are very spacious and we really appreciated being able to spread out across multiple rooms and be able to use the washing machine and kitchen that were in our apartment. The location is very convenient if you want to be right in Queenstown and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the downside, our apartment was well overdue for refurbishment.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was so homey. Water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower but beds were comfy. Single bed in the loft had its electric blanket left on from previous customers which made the loft very hot. Walking distance to everything.

Stay was great, staff were awesome. Came back in the evenings to fresh towels. Views from our balcony were amazing. Apartment had everything we needed (washer/dryer), Full appliance stocked kitchen, within a 3min walk to lake, bars, eateries.....basically town. Parking was in the back parking building but literally outside our back room door....easy.

Great location
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We did not know that parking was paid, as it said free parking upon booking. The room was clean and we were provided many towels. The beds were comfortable. The view from our room was great. The best part of this place was definitely the location, right in the city center and walking distance to restaurants, attractions and parks.

Attentive, clean and great location
Wonderful stay. Amazing location. Check in was friendly, efficient and welcoming. Room was larger and clean. There is a boil water notice for drinking but that is the whole area, not just this hotel. The building is made of wood and creeks a bit when the upstairs person walks around at night but certainly manageable. Would definitely stay again. Very attentive.

The property had some major plumbing issues. The shower/toilet did not work as normal and were below average. We had to manage the stay for 4nights with these conditions.

Pay $20/day parking inside property!
Ridiculous, the guest was forced to pay $20/day for a parking within the motel property. Traveller chose a motel to stay because we have free parking within the motel property, but the Lofts Apartments ask we pay $20/day for a parking within the Motel’s property, for which we have to pay $40 for 2 nights staying. There are only 8 parking spaces, if you are lucky enough to have a vacant on arrival and are happy to pay for $20/day, you have to do all your activities by walking, because once you get your car out, the chance to get a vacant space on return is closed to zero. The off-street parking is only for 30 minutes and all time full. Worst still, this additional charge is not advertised on their website, hotels.com should clearly state this charge to let the traveller consider it before making the booking.

Great, affordable accommodation. We stayed in the 2-Bedroom unit and found it spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to the centre of town and a view of the lake from our room.

The staff is extremely helpful despite the reception is not open for 24-hours. Prior communication is recommended if you need to store luggage at the hotel in early morning. The view from the room is gorgeous and the overall stay is comfortable.

ホテルの駐車場は予約制との事で、裏にあるMan Street Parking を手配してくれました。専用のカードで出入りします。 駐車場の入り口は少し遠いように感じますが、人用の出入り口がホテルの2、3軒隣のビルに繋がっているので雨の日だった事もあり助かりました。

Apartment rather tired and in need of revamp but was in great location close proximity to town centre Room was comfortable with good heat pump and kitchenette Unfortunately due to age of building room was very noisy with floorboards creaking and sound of noise on stairs to “loft” in both apartment and next door every time someone walked in them was disturbing Staff were accommodating with early check in and luggage storage after check out

Location location
Fabulous location right in the centre of Queenstown. No hills to climb, shops directly across the road. We could pop in and out of our accomodation whenever we wanted a break or to take back parcels and go out again. Bus just down the road straight to airport. Warm rooms, large and spacious. Electric blankets too. Excellent towels. Couldn’t open our curtains during the day as workers could see straight in. Could do with a privacy screen outside.
