Hotels.com broken promises
We (two couples) walked out after one night. Hotels.com owe us for two nights stay. This hotel should NEVER have been on your website. It is patently unprepared for paying guests. It contravened everything you promised: double bed; non-smoking.There was a pile of cigarette butts/a lighter and cig packet on the FLOOR! My breakfast request took them by surprise. I had to wait till they roped in a woman over the street who presented me with two flat, fried eggs swimming in a disgusting sauce. She charged me extra for coffee in a country famous for this product. There was a kettle but no tea/coffee/cups in the room. Two of eight lights worked. Despite my complaining through your website and receiving a promise to put things right, we came back in the evening to find everything as we had left it in the morning. We walked out 15 minutes later. We were the ONLY guests yet they could not even stir themselves to clean the room knowing we had already complained about them. How did they spend their day?

It was ok
My room was dark with a window looking to the building that is being constructed next door. Every morning at 7:20am, construction would start, outside my window, on the floor parallel to mine. The location of the hotel is good though, with the beach only being a few blocks away.

This was not fit for human habitation. We only stayed one night because we had been traveling for about 30 hours, it was late at night and we had no place else to go.

Great breakfast!
The exterior, the lobby and the restaurant are nice looking and well kept. The rooms needs some TLC. The breakfast is very good. The mattress feels like a box spring.

Godt 2-stjernet hotel.
Indbydende vietnamesisk morgenmadsbuffet, men man skal vende sig til, at maden ikke er på køl. Hotellet har værelser af forskellig standard, og får man tilbudt noget, der ikke er som forventet, gør personalet alt, der er i deres magt for at imødekomme ønsker. Det er mit 3. ophold på DanaSea Hotel, og jeg vender gerne tilbage.

ビーチに近いが窓がなく部屋は綺麗にしているがカビ臭い。
ビーチには近いが繁華街から離れており、どこへ行くにも何かと不便な部分があったが、閑静でとても過ごしやすかった。廊下の窓からは海が見えたが、部屋には窓がなくカビ臭い臭いがした。毎朝の朝食もベトナムらしい麺の朝食で美味しかった。スタッフは基本的にとてもフレンドリーで対応も素晴らしかった。

Easily the worst place I have ever stayed!
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my years of traveling... so bad in fact that I left and spent the money to stay at a hostel down the street instead. The room was dark and covered in mold, and smelled so moldy that I could barely breathe. There was zero air ventilation and no windows. I tried to ask about checking another room, but the staff spoke zero english and when I tried to use my translation app to convey the mold problem, the lady at the front desk just shrugged and looked at me. Another couple was in the lobby at the same time complaining that they had paid extra for amenities which their assigned room did not have, and she was offering zero help to them either. Oh, and the cockroaches...

Paid for the superior room but definitely didn't get it, and the staff speak very little English. They were friendly enough but it was very difficult to communicate. My friends room was so moldy they had to stay at a different hotel. Breakfast and renting bikes were the highlights but I wouldn't stay here again.

湿気がすごい。虫が多い。水が出にくい。 フロントで英語が通じない。 態度が悪い。 あまりお勧めはできませんでした。

Våran första natt vaknade vi av att AC stod och droppade massa vatten, Så fick byta rum. Hotellet ligger rätt så nära till stranden men långt ifrån city. Servicen bland personalen kan vara något av det sämsta vi mött. Inte ett ord engelska. Frukosten va inte heller någon höjdare.

I stayed here during my stay in Da Nang. I wanted to stay at an inexpensive hotel near the beach. DanaSea Hotel offers rooms at reasonable rates and is a decent hotel. It is a short walk to the beach.

Boutique hotel affordable
Staff is very helpful in organizing the stay and activities,. Hotel is quiet but outdated. There were ants in the room along the wall, and AC is not powerful.

Oh my good, don't go
Check in and the room was for smoking even booked for non smoking. Matress and sheets we're dirty and ants in the room. Could not stay so booked for another hotel

nice clean discount hotel
1st thing for what we paid using hotel.com,we got a GREAT deal,clean but dated place,about a 2 min walk to a very nice sandy beach,nice walking trail along the beach to some very nice places for food and drinks,staff is very nice ,but in alot of our travels here in vietnam,english is not widely spoken,at the major resorts yes,LOVE the food here in vietnam,from the small table for 5 places to the major stop,FOOD is GREAT

Very close to the beach and sea food market. But neighbour hood is boring. Not in the downtown. Can rent bike for free. Good seavice. But laudanry is bad. My clothes is still dirty after they sent back.when i ask why, they said they can not get rid of the dirty. At last i paid but not happy

Helt OK, men litt etter hva du ønsker deg. Standarden på hotellet er bra, og veldig hyggelig betjening. Ligger mellom bykjernen og stranden. Gåavstand til stranden, men avhengig av drosje inn til sentrum. Hvis man skal på den bedre delen av stranden, er man avhengig av drosje også dit. Ingen aktiviteter i nærheten. Butikk 100m fra hotellet. Vi leide MC den uken vi bodde der i slutten av november 2013, og da var transportutfordringen løst. Måtte bestille frokost kvelden i forveien, da vi var de eneste gjestene der, men vi ble traktert i henhold til bestilling. En stille bydel med tanke på nattesøvn. Ingen motor-/trafikkstøy før 0600, da dette kan være et problem i store byer.

It is not far from the beach, but you need to walk through basically waste ground to get to the beach. It is only 70,000 dong or less to the centre in a taxi - not a lot near by apart from the beach. The hotel is in ok condition, but could be done up. Don't get me wrong - for the price it is good, but nothing special. The only concern is that myself had 200,000 dong go missing from the room and my friend had 500,000 dong go missing from the room. I did not report this at the time as we were not aware until we got to the airport. Would I stay again? unlikely...

Nice big bright room and near the sea
It's ok as a budget place, a 7 min walk to the nearest beach, it's pretty far from the town center though, and there is nothing other than the beach around the area, but they do loan bikes for free and with a good pace you can get to the center in 15 minutes. Staff were ok, but very limited spoken English. Also, breakfast isn't included and is a little pricey to buy there.

Jederzeit empfehlenswert
Es hat uns gut gefallen, dass das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstrasse liegt. Trotzdem super-kurzer Weg zu strand (<10min). In die City kann man laufen, aber ein Taxi kostet auch kaum 2€. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal zum Beispiel beim Buchen von HoiAn-Tour und Transfer-Bus nach Hue. Frühstück nicht spektakulär , aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein herrliches Zimmer mit 3 Fenstern; es gibt aber auch Zimmer ohne Fenster. Klimaanlage war so leise, dass man sie nachts anlassen konnte. Pluspunkt!!

Goedkoop hotel vlak bij prima strand
Kamer was zonder raam, maar wel met airco, desondanks toch benauwd. Het hotel ligt in wat ongezellige, half lege omgeving omgeving, maar wel prima strand vlakbij. Het strand heeft goede voorzieningen zoals douches en kleedruimtes. Dit zou een reden van de keuze kunnen zijn.
