아침에 계란외에는 먹을만한것이 없네요. 가격에 비해 방도 작고 와이파이도 매우 약하네요. 바로 앞 길건너편에 있는 comfort suite에 비해 가성비 저조합니다

They are remodeling I picked Holiday Inn because I expected a better experience. The fitness room is not available. Everything was dusty and dirty from the remodeling. We had long black hair on our bathroom floor. Overall I was very disappointed in this Holiday Inn. It is disappointing to pay the full room rate and receive a room that is more in line with the cheaper hotel chains.

The lobby is being remodeled but the staff were great. Olive Garden is right next door. Super comfortable bed and pillows.

This is usually my go to place when I travel to I,C. On this trip I did not receive the room that I signed up for through Expedia, I saw no mention that the building was under construction and the parking lot leading to the lobby to check in was in terrible condition due to the weather. Bumpy, snowy and slippery.

overall it’s nice room friendly staff when you see them probably working in other places then the front desk. Convenient to the University of Iowa hospital. Lots of Food options Mall is 5 minutes away walking

Air conditioner blew cold air out even though it was off. I told the front desk and nothing was done to correct the problem.

Strong odor when you entered the building, location was dark, not well lite and it was loud. Walls seem thin and could hear quest beside me, cough, snoring and other strange noises like using the bathroom and toilet flushing. The outlet in the room looked like it had mold or burn marks around it. Metal from Bed frame stuck out and was unsafe. I don’t recommend this property

I did not get a receipt under my door or emailed to me and when I try and call the property no one answers.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Your receipt should have come from expedia as that is who you paid for this reservation. The hotel does not have a receipt for you as you did not pay us. That is why none was put under your door or emailed to you from us. Expedia should have emailed you the receipt.

We booked 2 rooms. The toilet in my daughters room was plugged when we showed up and not cleaned. Hair on the bed. Our room had not been vacuumed in a while. Probably should pass on a stay at this one.

The card entry system needs to be fixed. Had to have cards reprogramed every night of my stay. Also room was advertized as handicapped it was not. Tub was not handicapped accessable.
