Aila, ci dispiace molto sapere che il vostro soggiorno non sia stato affatto di vostro gradimento. Il personale del Grimaldi avrebbe fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarvi se aveste espresso le vostre preoccupazioni. Come gia sapete, l'hotel è situato in una posizione centrale, vicino a tutti i servizi, in un edificio storico, e la presenza di alcuni dei dettagli da lei menzionati sono la prova del lavoro che si sta facendo per restaurare e mantenere l'edificio nelle migliori condizioni possibili, e questo richiede tempo, per queste ragioni siamo molto dispiaciuti di sentire la sua esperienza, avremmo potuto aiutarla e dirle molto di più su di noi e sulla gestione dell'hotel e forse capire meglio i suoi problemi e offrire un servizio e un supporto migliore. Riteniamo però che il suo commento non sia favorevole e sia un po' troppo severo, un commento come il suo penalizza molto i piccoli hotel come il nostro. Noi siamo sempre all'ascolto dei nostri clienti, ecco perché un commento come il suo, così severo e penalizzante, può dispiacerci visto l'impegno e la disponibilità che mettiamo al servizio dei nostri clienti per accompagnarli, per aiutarli e soprattutto per essere lì ad ascoltarli e a prendere atto di tutto ciò che può essere piacevole o spiacevole per il cliente.Spero comunque che abbiate trascorso un buon soggiorno a Nizza, e il team Grimaldi sarà sempre a vostra disposizione, e speriamo di vedervi presto tra noi, per accompagnarvi in un'altra esperienza e in un soggiorno che vi piacerà.
