Fabulous hotel
We stayed for 3 nights and would have been happy to stay longer. Our room was excellent with everything we needed. There was plenty of choice for food in the restaurant, where we ate each night. The swimming pool was a great place to spend time at the end of a day out. Sia the manager was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. I can highly recommend the Hotel Khao Sok and Spa.

MAgnifico soggiorno: struttura consigliata
Ottima soluzione per visitare il Khai Sol Park. Personale getilissimo, posto molto particolare e incantevole, piscina altrettanto particolare e molto carina. Anche le camere delle casette rialzate le abbiamo trovate pulite e ben tenute, complete di tutto. Unica nota il cibo, che è tutto in quantità limitata, ma niente di grave. La particolarità del posto e soprattutto la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari compensa ampiamente tutto.

Great experience! The staff were lovely and the hotel was very cute, quiet and peaceful. Room was big and private, great bathroom, and clean. Only downside was the location wasn’t super walkable to the village... however it was very easy to get a ride to and from. Would stay here again!

Jungle hotel
We loved staying here (despite having a few downpours!). Room was great and in very good condition. Staff were lovely. We went out on a few trips and they provided towels and water proof bags. Good service in the restaurant too. Hotel is a little way out of the village so you will need transport but they do have a shuttle running a few times a day. Entrance to the National Park is in the village. I do recommend that you stay here if visiting this area.

Friendliest staff in our 3 week tour
We had a 2 day stay at this hotel from Dec 17 to 19, 2017, in order to visit Khao Sok National Park. This was one stop on our 3 week trip through Thailand. I assume this is the most frequent reason for visit. In the past 2 years we have spent more than 20 nights in hotels so far, and we truly have to say that here, we found the friendliest staff so far. We are always interested in learning to speak some Thai words and they were so happy to help us with that. We really felt very welcome at this hotel, and it was actually a pity we could not spend more time there. The hotel itself is nice, with rather big and comfortable rooms. Food is also tasty. The hotel pool was nothing special, but at least there was one there, which is not the case in every hotel in the area. It was clean and cool. We booked a 1 day tour at the Cheow Lan Lake, which I also would recommend. In total, we were very happy with our stay.

Peaceful stay, excellent staff
We stayed 3 nights here. The staff were fantastic - very helpful and kind. All of the suppers we ate there were great. Loved the Phad Se Eiw. It was about a 25 minute walk to the closest village and they provide a ride to the village 3 times each day (if you don’t want to walk back it costs 50B to take a taxi). The bungalows were private and comfortable.

Wegen unerträglichem Modergeruch in unserer Cottage mußten wir die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen. Im Restaurant zerstört eine Energiesparlampenbeleuchtung die Stimmung.

Dschungelfeeling
Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön, wie im Dschungel. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Ort, weshalb man auf Bus, Moped oder Auto angewiesen ist. (Wir hatten einen Mietwagen.) Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Das Restaurant ist ok, wir haben in Thailand aber schon besser gegessen. Die gebuchten Massagen waren leider nicht so gut wie die restlichen Massagen auf unserer Thailand-Rundreise.

Ligging net buiten het park
Het hotel heeft een ligging net buiten het park, met een gehuurde scooter is het park binnen 5 minuten te bereiken. Het hotel heeft geweldig personeel dat vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam is. De kamers zijn ok evenals de faciliteiten. Excursies zíjn te boeken bij de bali.

Great hotel, great staff
Really lovely hotel, great room which was very modern and clean, staff were amazing and even made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving at 6am. Can walk to the park from the hotel, or use one of the three free shuttles each day. Would definitely return.

Highly recommended
The facility itself is very nice - clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space and well laid out, landscaping that sets you up for the Khao Sok experience, and excellent meals in the open air restaurant, complete with koi pond! The staff are what sets this property above and beyond pretty much every other hotel I have stayed at. They were friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. When faced with a sick family member on site, the hosts and staff went above and beyond making sure she was comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the friendliness for which Thailand is famous!

Bungalows de luxe dans un jardin luxuriant
Très beau bungalow en pierres, très propre et isolé au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante. L’accueil y est très chaleureux. L’hôtel est situé à 1,5 km de l'entrée du parc de Khao Sok mais cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous avions loué une voiture à l'aéroport de Phuket et le restaurant offre une bonne cuisine à prix raisonnables (140 baths environ le plat). Nous avons également apprécié le message traditionnel Thaï (600B pour 1 heure) et avons passé un excellent séjour.

A great family friendly base for park tours.
Firstly the staff here are extremely friendly, helpful and have good English. They learned our names quickly (2 adults 2 kids) and our children loved them immediately and miss them already. The rooms are a little dark but as mentioned in previous reviews, you are in the jungle and anything else would seem odd so this goes well with the environment. Our rooms were very clean, tidy and well maintained with fresh smelling sheets making it very comfortable. There is air con, free standing fans and a very cold fridge stocked with water everyday. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The key to this place however is twofold. The restaurant food was really excellent and so we ate there every night for our 3 nights and is genuinely a very high standard and good value. In this area you might expect to pay less but for us - worth paying a little extra for the talented kitchen staff and wonderful service. The second reason you should stay here is the organised trips. There is a selection of tours inc. elephant rides, boat tours, walking tours etc. and the staff here organise everything for you including towels for lake swimming and lights for the caves. The prices are very good and approved by the national park to ensure you are not over charged which can easily happen. The hotel makes it easy to book and you can be assured good prices (they were the cheapest we found during our research by a good margin). The tours we had were truly excellent including pick up and drop off.

Habitación bonita, es un bungaló pero: - el baño se atascó. - aire acondicionado no regulable. - hormigas en la cama El hotel está aislado y te verás obligado a contratar lo que ellos te ofrezcan, excursiones, cenas y transporte. Es por ello que se aprovechan. Pedir copia de todas las facturas desglosadas porque nosotros tuvimos mala experiencia con el transporte de vuelta a Sura Tani, le pagamos al completo el viaje el la recepción del hotel y cuando subimos a la minivan, nos dijeron que no lo habíamos pAgado, por lo tuvimos que pagar otra vez porque no teníamos la factura. Nos fuimos con la sensación de desconfianza.

Приятный двухдневный отдых
Отель находится в 2-3 километрах от национального парка, где можно осуществить прогулки по тропинкам в джунглях к водопадам и другим достопримечательностям. Отель состоит из номеров в виде отдельных бунгало, которые отделены друг от друга деревьями и пальмами, на территории отеля есть бассейн, а также корт для игры в теннис. В целом красивый и приятный отель.

Bel hotel niche dans un espace de verdure. Nous avions la chambre la plus proche de l accueil qui jouxte l aire d entretient de l hotel et c etait un peu bruyant. De meme ts ls matins on a droit au coq a partir de 5h30 car le coq a elu domicile pres de l accueil. Donc demander une chambre au fond du parc. Hotel eloigne de 4 kms du village de khao lak et de l entree du parc..., pas simple si on veut faire autre chose que l hotel pour les repas.

Beautiful resort, everything at hand
We loved Khao Sok, and will definitely be returning. After seeing some other accommodations we agreed that this place was the nicest. We had a spacious twin bed room (hut), nice bathroom and generally nice area. Pool was clean and refreshing, and the staff were lovely, although only one seemed to speak English well. I would recommend staying here, is also a great place for kids to visit as there are quite a few activities they would enjoy.

Nice Bungalows, a Bit Out of the Way
The hotel itself is a great value for what you receive, although they are a bit out of the way to the main strip of restaurants and the entrance to the National Park itself. The hotel does, however, offer a free shuttle three times a day to the park entrance (otherwise you have to pay a taxi 50THB per person to get there, or walk-- which is a bit of a distance since you will probably be hiking in the park too!) Pros- The hotel staff is so friendly! They are more than willing to help you book tours, and transportation to and from Khao Sok. There is a small mini-mart right by the hotel to buy snacks and drinks (although options are limited). The restaurant serves good food three times a day (free breakfast!). Cons- No TV in room (but this can be seen as a good thing too!), far away from park entrance.

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe vom Khao Sok NP
Die Anlage liegt etwa 3 km außerhalb des Eingangs vom Khao Sok, ohne eigenes Auto wird's also etwas schwierig in das Dorf vor'm Eingang zu kommen, falls man z. B. nicht im Hotel essen möchte. Die Anlage ist aber sehr schön gestaltet und die Zimmer sind gediegen mit dunklem Holz ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, beim Frühstück kann man von der Karte aus den für Thailand üblichen Gerichten wählen (Omlette, Spiegelei oder Pfannkuchen). Ausflüge kann man direkt im Hotel buchen, das klappte alles wunderbar. Wir hatten ein ganztätgiges Dschungeltrekking gebucht, das könnte man auch gut alleine machen und ein halber Tag reicht im Regelfall dafür auch aus. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Leider etwas ausserhalb. Ohne Auto aufgeschmissen. Mussten Zimmer wechseln da das Hotel eigentlich ausgebucht war. Dafür erhielten wir dann das Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Herzige tropische Anlage.

Gutes Hotel für Ausflüge zum Stausee und in den Nationalpark. Der Park ist mit dem Shuttle nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ist aber nicht so megaspannend. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch gut, Preise in Ordnung. Frühstück ist nicht üppig, aber okay. Man kann aus mehreren Varianten auswählen (kein Buffet). Das Licht im Bad ist leider viel zu dunkel. Die Anlage ist schön gemacht. Ausflüge (z.B. zum Stausee, super!) können direkt im Hotel gebucht werden, genauso der Transfer z.B. nach Koh Tao oder Koh Samui.

Einfaches aber sauberes Dschungelhotel
Sehr kleines Doppelbett welches nicht gerade bequem war. Gutes kontinentales Frühstück *Auswahl nach Karte* sauberes Schwimmbecken, tolle Gartenanlage mit Dschungelfeeling. 5 min mit dem Auto vom Eingang zum Khao Sok Nationalpark kein Fernseher im Bungalow jedoch Moskito Gitter an den Fenstern....und das war viel wichtiger. Dschungel-, kanutouren &,Elefantenreiten werden vom Hotel auf Wunsch organisiert und sind empfehlenswert

Kein schlechtes Hotel, aber...
Die Zimmer und der Service waren ok. Ein Schrank im Bungi wäre nicht schlecht. Pool war sauber, aber nur 6 Liegen bei 10 Bungalows. Bungi 1+10 waren in Hörweite zur Bundesstraße! Weg zum NP 2km. Schuttelservice war vorhanden. Direkt vor der Anlage gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen ATM. Umgebung pp sind in 2 Tagen "abgearbeitet".

Hotel agréable à Khao Sok
Hôtel un peu excentré de l'entrée du parc et éloigné du lac mais pour les excursions proposées on vient vous chercher à l'hôtel. Accueil agréable et personnel serviable. Chambre et salle de bain assez grande et propose mais ce qui nous a gêné c'est que nous avons entendu les bruits de la route toute la nuit,. La piscine est plutôt petite (paraît bien plus grande sur les photos de l'hôtel) et l'eau y est un peu trouble, 7 transats seulement. Le cadre autour des bungalows est magnifique avec un jardin tropical très beau et très bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner moyens mais les repas sont corrects

Agréable hôtel mais malheureusement situé assez loin de l'entrée du parc. Il faut un moyen de locomotion pour y accéder. Les bungalows sont très jolis et bien équipés au milieu dans magnifique jardin. La propreté de l'ensemble ne souffre d'aucune critique. La piscine est très agréable. Seule ombre au tableau le petit déjeuner : vraiment limite...

Peaceful hotel at the edge of the park
The hotel does not have many rooms therefore the staff can be extremely attentive. We were offered an upgrade to our booking which was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel complex. The gardens are very tropical and pleasurable to walk through.It is not exactly in the National Park but is alongside the main road which was not a problem for us. Meals can be eaten either outside, or inside which is nice if you are a non smoker. The staff were extremely helpful when our onward transport didnt arrive and went out of their way to help us. My husband did not want to leave the hotel !!!

Ambiance nature et service parfait
Les meilleurs accueil et service de notre séjour en Thaïlande. Le bungalow était propre et fonctionnel, entouré d'une végétation luxuriante et magnifique. L'hôtel est situé sur la route principale (nationale), un peu en retrait et on peut entendre la circulation sans que cela soit vraiment gênant. Grand choix d'excursions (guide obligatoire pour visiter le parc à pied hormis pour 3 itinéraires assez courts). Cuisine correcte sans être exceptionnelle (petit-déjeuner moyen).

Hotel Khao Sok
Bel hôtel en plein cœur de la jungle. Bungalows très confortables isolés des autres habitations mais réveil à l'aube par les coqs du voisinage. Piscine agréable. Un peu éloigné du village situé à l'entrée du Parc Khao Sok avec les restaurants. Cependant, l'hotel propose pleins d'activité au départ de l'hotel. Commerce à proximité.

We are a gay couple who visited in December for 3 nights and we would love to return. We had booked the family bungalow since nothing else was available but it was truly worth every cent. We loved the garden with all the butterflies, waking up to the sound of hornbills, drinking iced coffee at the pool. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the 'town'. Very friendly staff made our stay unforgettable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and rooms done out very nicely. Overall, an excellent choice.
