Dear Jeff, Regret to hear your experience during your stay. As we are not close to the beach, therefore we provide shuttle bus and our personal butler can help you for your need during your stay. I will check language issue with our HR since we already have English certificate for staff. Regarding our rate, we have Breakfast included which is $10 more than Room Only for your choice.
