청결도가 좀..
위치는 스플리트 시내에서 차로 15분정도고 버스도 있습니다. 해변가 옆이라 바다를 볼수있고 산책 하기도 좋습니다. 그러나 청결도가 별로더군요. 침대가 트윈 2개 붙어있는건데 가운데 부분에 나무가 있어서 잘못하다 다칠수도 있고 청소를 깔끔히 안했는지 테이블 아래 먼지덩어리가 굴러다녔습니다. 레스토랑은 이용해보지 않았구요 와이파이 쓰려면 엄청난 인내심이 필요합니다. 가격은 저렴하지만 다시 방문하고싶지는 않습니다.

Very friendly staff and perfect location for exploring the local area and beyond. Local facilities are adequate with some good reasonably priced restaurants. Close to a range of beaches catering for different needs. The town comes alive in the evenings!

Good room
It is located in a village south of Split, close to a bus stop, restaurants, coffee bars. Room was clean, hosts were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast!

Fabulous location with an amazing view across the bay with a mountainous backdrop. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Bus stop 5 min walk away and buses to Split ran regularly from here. The Owners restaurant, positioned underneath, sold a good selection of meals and the manager was helpful and friendly. Also, nearby there are a variety of restaurants and coffee bars to chose from.

Fin beliggenhet med nærhet til strand og mange restauranter i Stobrec. Veldig gjestfri eier av hotellet. Anbefaler rom med balkong som gir fin utsikt over nærområdet. Buss fra Stobrec til Split tar ca en halvtime, men vær oppmerksom på at det er få bussavganger (en gang i timen på hverdager og sjeldnere på helg).

Flott hotell - fantastisk plassering
Stobrec er en liten by ca 1 mil sør for Split. Hotellet ligger like ved havna, og vi hadde rom med fantastisk utsikt mot sjøen. Bare noen meter fra hotellet var det en koselig liten strand, og det var flere gode restauranter i nærheten. Veldig hyggelig betjening på hotellet. Greie bussforbindelser til Split, men vi valgte drosje mellom Stobrec og flyplassen da vi fort lærte at tidene oppgitt i bussrutene var svært veiledende. Vi vurderer absolutt å reise tilbake dit. Anbefales.

Situé au second étage, avec un balcon et une très belle vue sur la marina, le port, la mer et les collines. Un parking mis à disposition, au pied de l’immeuble. Accueil très sympathique.

Værelset var dejligt servicen var dejlig, hjælpsomme mennesker, hjalp os med mangler og skaffe taxa den sidste dag. Fredelig område, med bademuligheder, lækker aircon, når det er 35 grader. Internettet kunne godt bruge en opgradering, kunne ikke få forbindelse og holde den mere et par sekunder af gange i alle 5 dage. TV kunne også kunne vise meget utydelig kanaler.

The room was good, and the ac was amazing. The best thing though was the view from the balcony, we chose the sea view and we sat out there every evening. Highly recommend.

Prisvärt hotell med fin utsikt
Trevligt läge med ett relativt lugnt närområde. Rummet var över vår förväntan med tanke på priset vi betalade. Väggarna var något tunna, något som inte störde oss men om man vill ha helt tyst så kanske man bör söka sig någon annanstans. Vi hade hyrbil och det var inget problem att ta sig från hotellet till exempelvis centrala Split. I helheten var vistelsen en trevlig upplevelse.

On arrival, we were sure that we reserve with our credit card but finally it was not the case. We had to pay cash and we were disapointed because we had to go to the bank and get other currancies. Also, up on reservation we ask for non smoking rooms and it was not a non smoking room. I have problem witn my health and this very important that our choice was respected. In ami over Crotia this was the only place did not feel confortable has we where expected.

The location is excellent. An easy bus ride into Split, and plenty of places to eat etc. The owner is great and makes you feel welcome and well looked after. The views are great also. We would come and stay here again next time.

Nice location. Very traditional location. Friendly owners greeted on arrival. Easy twenty minute bus trip into Split. Lovely food served in the local restaurants. Very friendly staff. Defiantly glad we chose this location. Ideal for a quiet break. Location best suited for those who want quiet, peaceful. If you want laid back, chilled, easy going, this is the place.

Einfache, sauber alles da was man braucht. Vermieter sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Geben Tipps für Ausflüge und helfen das beste Angebot zu finden. Frühstück wir individuell nach den eigen Wünschen zubereitet. Die Lage ist der toller Blick auf Meer und Berge.

What a beautiful located place It's just so prefect owners so friendly we stayed in a studio apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and waking up looking out of our windows was a pleasure already thinking about booking for next year as soon as we get home bringing the family next time too the whole harbour is so chilled out and people are really friendly thank you for a stay we will always remember

Good accomodation close to beach and owner of property has a restaurant underneath apartments which is very handy. Close to supermarkets & ATM etc Check in was confusing and we could not get TV and fridge to work but other that, good value for money.

The hotel was great the town was amazing close enough to split but far enough away to get a break from the crowds. the restaurant was amazing the waiter was a sweetheart. I absolutely loved everything about the place and the people.

GOOD CHOICE OF EATING PLACES
The room had a lovely view but the fridge was disgusting and smelled awful. The room was quite small and pokey. The restaurant attached was ok and there's a good bar next door which is very reasonable. Lots of eating places closeby and a bus route is also close to get into Split.

Une grande armoire mais pas de place pour mettre les valises. Ai dû mettre une sur frigo et une sur table de chevet. Excellent déjeuner: Inscrit déjeuner continental mais c’est tout ce que vous voulez même de omelettes. Pour le jus nous aurions dû préciser du vrai sinon plus un cocktail. On mange au resto en dessous. Malheureusement pour les autres repas ils ne prennent pas la carte de crédit. ‘’

This is a bit far from main split town, so be mindful of that. Rooms are clean and the host is nice.

Very good location with good view of mountains/sea
Caught 10 pm airport bus to Split (could have caught cheaper No. 37 bus) then 10.45 pm No. 25 bus to Stobrec to within 200 m of apartments. We were met at the apartments door and shown our room. It was clean and comfortable but not spacious and not overly equipped for self catering. Their restaurant opens for breakfast and they do a good omelette and continental breakfast. We ate at the restaurant a few times in the evening and can recommend the house red (we found this was good wherever we ate) and pizzas - try the sweet schnapps. The view of the mountains across the bay in the late evening sun is wonderful. Apartment was cleaned regularly. Proprietor and staff always courteous and helpful. The sea is spectacularly clear but don't expect proper sandy beaches - fine limestone gravel beaches instead. There is a good bus service into and out of Split, which is well worth a visit. The local information office was very helpful. Enjoyed the fruit and tomatoes from the small market near the information, the ham and cheese from the supermarket opposite and the dark lager and craft beers (the latter in Split). Would definitely return.

Could be a lot better
The hotel room was unclean. There was mold a lot in the bath room. Room wasn't cleaned until we asked them to do that after third day. Breakfast was either omelet or bread and cheese/ham. Omelet tasted really nice. Location was about 7km from the Split center and not much to see round the hotel.

Basic hotel close to beach and restaurants
Nice basic hotel at really nice area in Stobrec. So many nice restaurants, markets and bars nearby. And ofcourse beach.
