I appreciated the professional appearance and manner of the staff. Most hotels I have been to have staff dressed in unprofessional clothing and barely look up from the computer. This hotel was very professional, courteous and top of the line.

The floor we stayed on was very noise. Doors slamming and hall way noise well passed midnight. Inside seamed recently remodeled but the out side needs a face lift.

Nice hotel across from the convention center.
The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is available but not included in. There's also a Starbucks on site. The fitness room has great equipment. The pool was nice and the water was a comfortable temperature.

The staff was friendly and professional. Check in and out went smoothly. My room, however, smelled like a gym locker room. The pillows reeked of body odor. I placed a large bath towel over them so I could sleep, to no avail. The pillows need to be washed or replaced.

Highly Recommended
I was pleasantly surprised by the size, amenities, and comfort of my suite. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, the bed is comfortable, and everything is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice inside, however, when we entered our rooms, it looked like the floors had not been swept or mopped well. We also chose this hotel based on it having a pool and starbucks downstairs. The pool was not open, they said it needed a repair (they said it had been closed for 10 days, yet we were not notified ahead of time, it wasnt on their website, and we were not given any sort of compensation for the inconvenience) and the first morning, starbucks was closed because "the girl called off," and apparently they didnt call anyone else in. Starbucks also didnt offer anything but hot or iced coffee and snacks, nothing blended. The ladies at the front desk were nice for the most part, and did bring more linens when we called down.

Room was a normal hotel room. Trash cans could be larger. There were some dirty marks on the walls. Staff was great, pool was clean but ran out of towels. Our floor was quite loud.
