I loved everything in Pacific Bay resort. The only issue I faced was 1. Pitch black road at night after returning from dinner. Bit scary. 2. Though I was lucky to have a parking space but I could see other guests were struggling to find parking under the parking lot instead they had to park on the roadside and the roads were absolutely dark, no lights. Overall, Gentle staff, amazing ambience in the main hall. Rooms where very nit and tidy. Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort and would highly recommend it to others. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and the facilities were top-notch. From the swimming pool to the spas , everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return.

The location of the resort was right off the highway. The staff were friendly. The resort rooms are looking dated but they are in good repair. The restaurant by the main lobby was amazing. Easy walk to the beach but not recommended for people with walking or stair issues. Drive your car.

Great stay. Enjoyed the pool, buffet breakfast, proximity to beach, privacy. Room was very clean. Parking can be difficult and access to our room (1112) meant walking over dirt which was a bit bizarre.

This page is NOT for anyone that cannot do stairs. It's a bit difficult to get around and figure out where you are going. It was 102 stairs, not steps, from the bottom of the stairs to our room. Very nice place once you get there. Very limited covered parking, otherwise, you are parking on a hill behind the parking garage.

I liked the staff and activity options around the property. The studio room I stayed in this time was a little sub-par compared to the other rooms I’ve stayed in, like the executive suite, in this property in the past. The bed was comfy however, the towels and floor was not as clean as other rooms available. Hopefully, it was a one-off. I’ve stayed many times in this resort and always find it a happy place.

Tiles in kitchen felt like it had been a while since good wash, Bathroom tiles had the feel of sand on them. Balcony drain which ran the full length was full of dirt so there were weeds growing and weeds coming out from the brick work. Over all not worth the price

The rooms need to be updated. We had leaking shower leaking toilet and the dustbins were both rusted they need replacing but of fresh paint

Everything was enjoyable about this resort. Wherever we were all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The various pools and facilities are easily accessible. A relaxing spacious layout in a beautiful setting, right on the beach. Also convenient for all the sites and places of interest in and around Coffs Harbour.

Rooms are okay but the property needs more of a refesh. Didn't like how there was no allocated underground car parking for rooms - was a bit of a free for all.

Undercover parking near the room was full. Had to park in a different parking area further away from the room. It was not convenient to carry all the luggages all the way from the parking to room, without lift access. The room was a bit dated. One of the bowls has a little bit of dry food scrap left on it. The aircon unit is a bit loud. Good facilities at the resort. No mobile reception, lucky for the free hotel wifi.
