Great property and wonderful staff!! The only issue we had was the lack of parking. Some sort of "pool party" was being held when we arrived with dozens of vehicles of non guests clogging the lot. This forced us to park off site and walk. Not the end of the world but a concern for anyone with limited mobility. Overall, great stay.

Charming place. Extra clean. Guests are treated very well by staff. Very comfortable surroundings. Looking forward to coming here again. Lots to do in St. Petersburg.

The Hollander is an excellent boutique hotel - I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the St. Petersburg FL area. The customer service is exceptional. We enjoyed the pool/bar area as well as the on site full restaurant/bakery. They have food and beverage promotions every day which are definitely worth the value. Great hotel - great location in the city and pricing is a good value!

Everything was great except the bathroom is VERY small and the King size bed took up most of the small room. Typical for a refurbished older hotel. But the staff and property amenities more than made up for these shortcomings. The restaurant coffee bar and pool bar had great and very reasonable priced food.

Quick rideshare from the Tampa airport. Lots of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Hotel pool area was quite nice and large for the size of the hotel. The onsite dining choices were very good and fairly reasonable.

Outstanding staff. Always something to in the hotel. Walking distance to shops and eateries although the food in the hotel is great, which is unusual. The owner actually walked up and provided options and recommendations on transportation options and things to do in the area. Oh public transportation to the beach was safe, efficient and not expensive. I would recently recommend the Hollander Hotel to others

What a great hotel! From the minute we walked in, it was perfect. The lovely gentleman at the reception desk gave us a great room! Meals at the Tap Room were excellent! Late night cocktails at the Tap Room were exceptional! The bartender Vince was the best! Great sense of humor. Had unexpected large groups ordering drinks right before closing and the way he handled it was amazing!! Will absolutely stay at the Hollander again!

Very handy for downtown looper bus(free). Good beer selection. Pool area great. Dinner not so much. Breakfast was very busy only needed a toasted bagel and coffee. Both very good. Would stay again just have dinner downtown

During the second week of our vacation in Florida, we decided to head to St. Petersburg for a couple of nights. Based on the reviews, we booked two nights in The Hollander. We arrived early, greeted by absolutely the friendliest front desk agent, Billy, who advised us that our room was ready and handed us chilled complimentary water (available anytime!). Our room was immaculate, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The hotel and property are also kept immaculate, as well as, beautifully and uniquely decorated. We indulged in the poolside appies and frozen Pina Colada's during the mid-afternoon before heading out again to enjoy one of the many attractions suggested by Billy, who is an absolute gem! The location is well within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and the pier, and a quick drive to many beaches. As we were enjoying the area and still had a few days left, we opted to stay; however, HH was fully booked. Billy hopped on the computer and found us a great deal in a suite at their sister property, just across the parking lot PLUS, we still had access to all the amenities at HH. Overall, we would absolutely recommend staying at the Hollander. Thank you to the amazing staff, and of course to Billy.

Wow what a great experience. My fiance and I came for a reggae concert. This hotel had all the vibes for us, from excellent front desk to an awesome bar/dining experience. The room was just perfect with original hardwood floors and awesome furniture. What a great experience... But hey you pay for what you get, and it's not cheap 😁👏🍻

First off, the main staff was great! Incredibly attentive and quick to help. The design of the hotel is quaint and fun! The pool area is nice and the food was decent. The main thing we had issue with was the bed. They are extremely firm. After the first night we both awoke stiff and sore. I inquired at the desk to maybe get a memory foam topper and was told they were new mattresses and there were no toppers. They did however ask housekeeping to add a thick comforter on top and that did help. Oddly, there was a HUGE dust bunny on the floor when we entered our room and the towel hook on the bathroom door was about to fall off. Both items were quickly taken care of by the management. Things they can't do anything about...the tiny elevator that holds no more than three people comfortably, the pool only being 4 feet deep, the parking scattered all over the place in three or four different lots. The water temperature in the shower would go from comfortable to ice cold to scolding hot and back throughout our showers. There was an odd bubble in the liner of the shower that would squish when you stepped up and back. That said, the only thing that might keep us from returning are the beds which would be unfortunate because we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location and unique, fun property! Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative was the parking - all of their lots were full and it took us awhile to find parking. Other than that, we loved the hotel and would book it again if we are back in St Pete.

The hotel staff were friendly, the restaurant and bar was really good. They had a live band at the pool while we were there and lots of people come to hang out at the hotel and restaurant.

Love this place but this trip we were in room 228 and the view out our 2nd story window was nothing but a roof full of air conditioning and htg units! Awful!

The Hotel hold pool parties that are open to the public on Sundays. We were not aware of this, although were told "it's in the reservation agreement". If you're staying on a Sunday and you enjoy a rave being thrown on property then this is the hotel for you...we never got to use the pool ourselves.

Loved the Retro Decor, the outside bar, dining under the stars alongside a graceful swimming pool enjoying peaceful relaxing music. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great. Property is clean and well looked after. Thank you Hollander House HH2O we will be back.
