Dear Mrs Hogan, we are sorry that you could not enjoy chantauvent and that things went to wrong. We did offer you one night stay for free. We tried to communicate with you and offer you compensation but you have threaten us many times that if we do not refund your whole stay you will write very negative comments on us and this is what you are doing now. Rest assure that we take feedbacks and comments of our guests very seriously and it is never pleasant to have an unsatisfied guest for us aswell. We are sorry that you coul'nt enjoy your stay. Mauritius is a beautiful place and chantauvent is a very quiet guest house located on Blue Bay one of the best snorkeling spot of the Island. Our guest house exist since 50years and this give it all the charm we are sorry that Chantauvent did not meet your expectations. Val The Manager

Dear, We are sorry to read your negative comment and sad that you could not enjoy Chantauvent. We understand that the weather conditions were not good during your stay and we tried to do everything we could to compensate. We organised games with free pancakes and tea/coffee. We did a torrential rain alert that night and very unpredictable rains. We acted as we could to divert the water or move our guests if water was coming in the rooms. This was a very abnormal situation. And usually we have sun and all is good. We always receive very good comments on our staff and I can assure you that we have regular training and meetings. They are very friendly and we try to make an atmosphere of guest house. We are always very happy to provide explanations of what to do around or respond to the clients inquiries.
