Dear Mrs. Rebecca,Thank you for your review about our hotel.Our hotel is palace from the XV century, but it was totally renewed in 2013. The room where you stayed is in the new building and it is totally modern.We do not have triple rooms. We have double rooms and the possibility of having an extra bed. We are sorry that de couch bed was not to your liking.Unfortunatly there was a problem with the AC in your room in the first night, but we moved you to a new room where everything was working.
