Dear Guest, First of all thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the MGallery Grand Hotel Beauvau Marseille.Our establishment was the very first hotel of the city, built in 1816. We have chosen to preserve its historic charm through our furniture and our authentic atmosphere.Concerning your bathroom, I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations. These are our old bathrooms which will soon be renovated. I can confirm that our rooms are cleaned every day, however wear and tear has marked some of our bathrooms.In the interest of eco-responsibility, our bathroom products are available in dispensers. These are only changed once the product is empty.Regarding your arrival, I am sorry that our receptionist present was busy and could not assist you with your luggage.I present our sincere apologies. This in no way reflects our usual quality of service.
