Primarily upon your arrival, you were very satisfied with the hotel, and your satisfaction was also visible at check-out. Until the moment when your colleague told you that you have to pay for parking, then your negative comments followed.No one told you that parking is free. You were told that the price for guests is 15 euros per day and that with the card you receive at the parking lot, you always have a secured parking space during your stay at the hotel. As for the parking instructions, you can also see them on our website, where everything related to parking is highlighted.It's not nice that you leave comments like this, considering that you were either very satisfied when you checked out.As for the part where you say that the room looks "old", like the name itself, you have chosen to visit a historical hotel, it is logical that our interior will exude the old tradition and warmth of Kotor.We would not mention the food because we are sure that nothing was cold.Certainly, we are pleased that you were a part of our hotel and we are sorry that you brought back bad memories.Best regards,Hotel Cattaro Team
