Overall this place was amazing! The staff is super helpful, the location is gorgeous (we stayed in a honeymoon villa and the view was awesome), and the location is close to go into Ubud and back easily. Definitely recommend! The only set back I can say is there is a neighbour who runs power tools like a chain saw or something across the valley with some frequency which causes some undesired noise, despite this not being the hotel’s fault just wanted to mention it. Amazing place nonetheless! Happy we chose it for our honeymoon.

Like the outside shower , it was amazing so natural felt we were in jungles waterfall. The view and the pool was amazing , floating breakfast was the best new experience and was amazing. Thank you bidadari for everything and making our stay pleasant

部屋は広く、日々の掃除も行き届いていて清潔だった。スタッフは上品だが明るい人が多く、色々と話し相手にもなってくれていて、楽しい時間だった。ありがとう。特に料理教室は最高の体験だった。講師の女性の人格も大きな影響があったと思うが、腕も確かで教え方も簡潔で楽しかった。 　あえてマイナス点を挙げるとすると、プールの水は清潔で入れ替えも頻繁にしてもらっているが、朝方稀に掃除が完全ではなかったこと。ルームサービスは念入りで大変清潔だったが、そのせいか日によっては２、３時間かかることもあったこと（部屋が最も広いサイズのヴァラだったことも影響したか）。 それらを踏まえても、プライバシーによく配慮された、落ち着きのある高級ヴィラだった。我が家は家族揃ってファンになった。また訪れる機会があれば、次はバリ料理を習う機会にしたいと思っている。重ねて言うが、本当にありがとう。

Best property!
Lose words to describe the property. Very very friendly staff always ready to help and sort out the smallest things. Villa was huge with all amenities. Great bedroom with comfy beds and pillows. Lights are dim but u could ask for more reading lights etc if required. We didn’t need. Very clean and cleaned twice a day. One shuttle service to ubud daily at ur convenience. We basically just stayed in the villa for our stay. Food was amazing ! Breakfast was very nice and all the meals we ordered were very nicely served in the villa and were by far the best meals in our 15 days of stay in Bali spread across two trips. Vegetarian options are plenty. The welcome was very warm and the send off had a fruit basket and a hand written note for us. Definitely worth staying here in Bali and comparable to likes of ritz krabi or top of the lone boutique suites in santorini.

飯店服務人員都非常親切，基本上任何需求都會盡力達成，餐點也都非常好吃，唯一缺點是靠山的關係，所以蟲子比較多，但環境很清幽，適合渡假放鬆。

広々したお部屋に感激。サービスも良かったです。日本語が全く話せない方ばかりで、そこは苦労しました。喉が痛いと話すと生姜のお茶を夜中に持ってきてくれて有難かったです。お部屋でディナーにしましたが美味しく頂きました！朝ごはんも大満足。帰り際にはお土産も頂きました。ただアリが多くて気になりました。山の中なので仕方ありませんね。。清潔感はありました。

Lovely quiet intimate pool villas set in lush gardens on a steep hillside ten minutes from Ubud. In villa dining, as no restaurant due to the small number of villas. Very welcoming and helpful staff. One free shuttle daily to Ubud. Very relaxing.

Amazing experience
We went to Ubud for our honeymoon and were very pleased that we took our time to research and choose Bidadari villas. They had airport pick up service and our driver, Surya was very knowledgable and guided us well. We even booked his services to take ur around Ubud the next day and paid Bidadri for the day trip. The food was excellent and they were willing to make accommodate my wife's vegetarian diet with extra options for the included breakfast. We had also ordered pizza, pasta and some indonesian dishes, they were all excellent. I was able to try some great seafood as well. We loved the spa/massage services that we had requested for in our villa. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend it to all.

Deserves a 7 star rating!
We stayed here for our visit to Bali as a family of four with two kids, 10 and 5. My husband and I travel a lot for both business and pleasure and we had to agree that this was the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and kind and everyone called us by our names. Our villa was right in the middle of a rainforest and the view was stunning with not one other person in sight. The villa itself was very spacious and we made a great use of our private infinity pool. The shirodhara treatment in the spa was simply magical. The resort was close to Ubud, Monkey Forest, Tegalalang rice terrace and Elephant Safari Park. Overall highly recommend Bidadari to anyone visiting Bali.

2泊で利用しました。渓谷を見下ろすリビング、プライベートプールでの滞在は本当に幸せなひと時でした。敷地内は、部屋によっては急な階段を上り下りする必要があり年配の方や足の不自由な方にはツライと思います。スパも階段の往復は大変です。食事は可もなく不可もなく、といった感じ。ただウブドまではいつでも無料で送迎してくれますので買い物や食事には苦労しません。レンタサイクルもあるので近辺をサイクリングできます。個人的には大満足のいつか再訪したい宿です。

基本上絕大部份在bidadari private villas 的都非常滿意，唯一要加強是網絡連接不好，就連電話網絡都收得差。員工有善，有專車每日送到Ubud 市區，有手提電話叫專車接送回酒店。私穩度高，房間整潔和超大，泳池對著一大遍樹林簡直跟大自然融為一體。一定會推薦給朋友。

A unique place to experience remote and natural Bali. The view is amazing, facilities are very spacious and staff was very accommodating. Experience somewhat marred by being told at arrival they had sold our room and couldn't accommodate us until the next night. I agree with other reviewers that this is not a particularly safe place for children or for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

Amazing quiet villa in the middle of the jungle.
We stayed here with our 5 month old daughter. We had a wonderful experience. We loved the pool, the villa and the butler service. The Indonesian food from the hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed the fact that the villas were a little out of town as it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were happy to drop us into town and pick us up whenever we needed. The only downside was that our villa (melati) didn't really have much sun for sunbathing. Also would not recommend once you have children who are walking/ crawling.

Bidadari is a perfect oasis.
This property is amazing. Beautiful grounds and really gorgeous rooms. Plan ahead and ask for the popular Jepun room as it has the natural stone outdoor tub and the most privacy. Went with a friend but would definitely come back here for a romantic stay. This place would be perfect for a honeymoon. The staff at Bidadari are also amazing - ready to help out with every need. Kind, courteous and thoughtful.

Lap of luxury
We loved our stay at Bidadari and didn't want to leave. Unfortunately there was some mistake with our reservation (made two months earlier) and we arrived to a full house. We were taken to another sister resort that was fine, but not nearly the same standard as Bidadari so we ended up with just one night rather than two. Suggest if you do not book directly with the hotel you double check your reservation, just in case.

My stay at Bidadari Private Villas & Retreat
I love my stay at Bidadari, it was the most amazing stay I had so far from my travel experience. The Villa is just so beautiful and so peaceful. The Staff from the resort are really helpful and extremely friendly, they always tried their best to accommodate our needs. The service they provided was excellent, very personal and tailor made for us. The villa is spacious and well lay out, love the little pond that is the toilet and all the decoration in the villa. The private pool in our villa was so wonderful, it allowed us to get closer to the nature, I can just soak in it the whole day. I miss the villa, wishing i were there right now!

Прекрасный выбор для проведения медового месяца! Очень уединённой место, прекрасный сервис, заботливый персонал, удобные услуги в виде "трансфера по одному звонка из любой точки". Отдельно хочется отметить людей,которые работают на вилле- они настолько дружелюбны,всегда встречают и провожают с улыбкой, даже когда садишься в такси мило машут рукой:)))) единственный минус- прохладная вода в бассейне, в декабре она не прогревалась.

Best of the Best!
Absolutely loved these Villas. Couldn't think of a better place to stay in Bali, or the world for that matter... The service was top notch, and the rooms where unique, clean and beyond comfortable. The location is mystic, nestled in a jungle ravine with a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the canopy below.

Great if you don't have kids
The hotel villas have a very nice view and the friendliness of the staff is outstanding. We received great flexibility and lots of smiles and support. For small kids, however, the rooms are unsafe as staircases are not protected and there are many areas where they can fall and get hurt.

Wonderfull for travellers without kids
The Bidadari is a wonderfull hotel in a beautifull setting. The hotel staff was exceptionally service minded and made our stay a personal experience. The rooms are very originally designed and it is a beutifull setting with great views over the valley. If you travel with kids however I would not recommend the Bidadari as the design of the rooms is very dangerous for kids with many unsheltered places where kids can fall and get seriously injured.

6月30日两户家庭4大2小入住，原定是双卧室别墅，升级为6号家庭别墅，满眼苍翠，不知名的热带植物数不胜数，一步一景，客厅、卧室景致迷人！别墅本身超大,带私人泳池,完全令人窒息。酒店是我们在乌布见过最棒的。绝对很超值,我们肯定会再来，并推荐给朋友！有免费的班车来回乌布中心，但只是点对点服务，若中途停下需要额外支付费用，2个8岁的小朋友不加床的话需要支付30美金的早餐费用，加床＋早餐需要支付50美金，比ayana贵的多！

10 Days of Bliss
We have just returned from ten days at Bidadari and my wife and two teenagers (17/16) all agree it was fantastic. We stayed in the two bedroom villa 'Kenyeri". The facilities were fantastic, the villa very comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were brilliant. The open lounge room looking out over the river and jungle and the private swimming pool were highlights. The main bedroom was private and also opened up to the jungle and had its own private balcony, very nice. To be honest, the place was so glamorous we sometimes wondered when/how we'd joined the jet set. Other highlights: * Free transport into Ubud, and a mobile phone to use to call to get picked up * Simple but good food on the room service menu * Breakfast and afternoon tea were provided as part of the package * Being served at our own table in the villa by friendly staff * Reception was happy to arrange daily activities/trips and also arrange me a motorcycle * Staff always had a smile, and everyone knew our names, a very nice touch
