Very kind staffs
I stayed this resort for 2nights, my friend and I got impressed how all the staffs are nice so many times. They are all family, so really care about our staying. Because it's a bungalow in the jungle, not 100% warm and comfortable, but they try hard to make a nice place. All tour they recommends were satisfied. Thank you for all your efforts!

Rustic style tree house room with fuĺl bathroom and nice views over a beautiful garden. We took the airconditioned one but it wasn't necessary as the evenings where cool and nice. 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and tour office operators. Overall a great stay in a very quiet and unique place with helpful and smily staff, including the property owners.

I booked and confirmed an air conditioned room in December but when we arrived there were none available. The compensation was free breakfast. The room without AC was extremely HOT.

This is a fantastic quiet property in the jungle with extremely friendly owners who speak English and go out of their way to be helpful. Terrific food and quiet restaurant on the river bank with monkeys.

Wundervolles Resort mit liebevoll gebauten und wunderschönen Baumhäusern mit noch liebevolleren Resortbesitzern. Diese ermöglichten uns einen unvergesslichen Ausflug, bei dem wir durch den Jungle geführten wurden (mit Snack an einem Wasserfall mitten im Jungle) und einer anschließenden Bootsfahrt über den See. (Sehr sehenswert!) Die Zimmer waren super ausgestattet und wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten sehr preiswert in dem Restaurant des Resorts genießen.

Tranquil
The property was tranquil just a short distance from the NP gates. The location beside the river afforded the most amazing wildlife spotting whilst having breakfast. Food was overall amazing but breakfast limited.

Einfache aber nette Unterkunft im Khao Sok Nationalpark! Die Resorteigentümer sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit! Wir hatten ein Baumhaus und wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird nicht enttäuscht! Das Zimmer war sauber! Die Anlage sehr gepflegt und nett angelegt! Das Frühstück war okay! Das einzige, was schade war, was aber an der LowSeason lag, es war nichts los! Gefühlt waren wir die einzigen Gäste! Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen!

Friendly budget resort
We stayed at Baan Khao Sok for 3 nights in one of their bungalows. The accommodation was basic but comfortable. It is in rural Thailand so you adjust your expectations accordingly I would say. Our bungalow had a small balcony and was big enough for the two of us. The shower pressure wasn’t great but it did the job. The bathroom was basic, with a shower head on the wall above a tiled floor and the toilet next to you. The beds came with mosquito nets and blankets and were comfortable. The build of the bungalow meant it was well ventilated and there was a wall mounted fan facing the beds. We paid a very low price because it was the middle of wet season and felt we got great value. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The owners spoke good English.

Just OK for one night
We only stayed here for 1 night and it was just OK. The room was quite spacious with 2 single beds and ensuite. It is, as you would suspect, very basic with the bathroom being practically outside, including some rather misplaced rocks which were randomly spread accros the bathroom floor. It was however quite clean, although there were quite a few mosquitos present due to the openings around the ceiling.

A beautiful, relaxing resort
Had such a lovely stay at the Baan Khao Sok Resort. The staff cannot do enough for you, the rooms were spotless and the food was excellent. Would recommend this resort to anytime traveling to Khao Sok.

Awesome resort! Located in a beautiful setting off the road and right on the river. The resort is beautiful, the treehouse rooms are very nice. We were surprised by how big our room was and how clean and comfortable it was. The owners are very helpful and great people. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Room looked well and balcony is nice. Shower is outside. Staff didn't have much English but they were nice and friendly. Room is 7 min walk from main road. Very quiet resort.

I wish I could have stayed longer
I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cold drink at this idyllic collection of tree houses by the river. The staff were very helpful with advice for walks, day trips and onward transport. The restaurant provided delicious food and was very popular. The room was clean and well presented with large comfortable bed and hot shower.

Great garden and welcoming staff
Nice Bungalows and great location next to the river. The owner picked me up from the bus station and dropped me there after my stay. Booked a great trip to Khao Sok here where the hotel provides a dry bag and head lamp for free (usually 50 Baht rent each)

Un séjour original et calme, au coeur de la nature
Accueil chaleureux et très bonnes informations sur les nombreuses activités à faire autour du site. Le cadre est magnifique, le jardin est très soigné. La restauration est excellente et tout à fait abordable.

Jungle paradise!
Lovely stay. Very helpful family owners, will organise any tour, often more personalised than bigger tour groups. The restaurant also run by the same family, food excellent and very reasonably priced.

Good and beautiful location
Great location, you can walk from the bus stop. Beautiful garden/jungle surroundings. Good atmosphere and restaurants up on the main road. We stayed in a treehouse which was a fun experience but maybe not worth the price. Booked a great 2d1n with them. Breakfast was very basic. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wunderschöne Anlage, Bungalows mit Makeln.
Die Anlage ist idyllisch, Pflanzen und Bäume wohin man sieht, schön gestaltet, liegt direkt am Fluss, an welchem wir direkt bei Ankunft Makaken sahen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß zum Eingang des Khao Sok NP 15 Minuten. Der Service ist super, alle sind zuvorkommend und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerade für den Preis. Jedoch sind die Gardenbungalows in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten: -keine Ablage für Kleidung, -keine Haken für Handtücher -das Bad unseres Bungalows war sehr abgerockt (Fliesen kaputt, Toilettensitz abgenutzt, auch keine Ablage dort) Aber für den Preis ist es super, mit ein paar Kniffen würde es perfekt sein. Gerade die wunderschöne Gestaltung der Anlage ist traumhaft.

Six stars!!
We had an absolutely wonderful few days in Khao Sok whilst staying on a tree house here. The service was fantastic and the food was out of this world. I would thoroughly recommend this resort for any type of stay as the lovely family and team running the place are incredibly knowledgeable and accomodating.

Nice Stay
Great location and nice staff. Bungalow stay was fine for two nights. Food was good at the restaurant and the prices were similar to those in the village. If you arrive via bus or minivan, you can call their phone number which is listed on a big sign near the highway entrance for a free ride to the resort. Also received a free ride back to the highway. I booked the one day lake trip through the resort. Highly recommend this trip (1500B). Would certainly stay here again.

Barndomsdröm om träkojor.
Supermysigt familjeägt hotell med träkojor. Påminde om barndomen. Familjen som drev stället var hur vänliga som helst och insisterade på att fixa i princip allt om man ville göra något. Rekommenderar starkt!

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Besitzer
Die Hütten sind sehr nett und für einen Aufenthalt im Dschungel top geeignet. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier natürlich fehl am Platz. Die Familie, die das Hotel führt, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es werden einige Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge angeboten. Auch das Essen im eigene kleinen Restaurant ist echt lecker und preiswert. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Zimmerausstattung minimal, Resortanlage schön
Zimmer sind sehr simpel ausgestattet. Matratze, kleiner Tisch, Ventilator, kleines, eher dreckiges Badezimmer und Moskitonetz über dem Bett. Zwar alles vorhanden aber nicht komfortabel. Bei einem Preis von 6€/Nacht jedoch in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist schön gelegen, mitten im Regenwald. Wir waren zur Regenzeit da. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass es öfter am Tag und auch nachts regnet. Die Bilder, die im Internet stehen täuschen: Es gibt keinen Pool und auch keine schwimmenden Bungalows. Das sind Bilder vom See im Nationalpark mit der dortigen Unterkunft, die von diesem Resort gebucht werden kann. Wir haben die OneDayLakeTour dort gebucht und waren ziemlich enttäuscht. Haben dies dann auch den Inhabern des Resorts erzählt. Darauf gab es nur eine schlechte Ausrede. Mehr als zwei Nächte dort lohnen sich nicht!

It an amazing setting. Amazing natural surroundings. The river is beautiful, great to swim in and you'll see all kinds of things just sitting beside it. The family owners are awesome. Very welcoming. I'd recommend this place again and again.

Don't judge this place on first appearances.
The original Thai bungalows look a little worn from the tropical climate but inside was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows and good nets. This is a family run place where the owners speak excellent English and can advise on travel around the area and onwards.Very good value

Submerged in the rain forest
Did not stay long, because my host convinced me to take an amazing 2 day, 1 night trip through Khoa Sok National Park and stay in a floating bamboo hut. The room was simple and was somewhat open. A mosquito net was provided. It reminded my of the first time I slept in my tree house as a child. Just a tip, the jungle is loud at night, bring earplugs. In the morning, it was fun watching the monkeys play along side the stream, people kayaking, and tourists washing elephants while eating breakfast. This Area is meant for outdoorsy people who can handle being dirty, wet, and surrounded by bugs.

If you are going to Khao Sok then you must stay here, the family & staff really make your stay & you feel like you are staying with friends, the food is delicious so even though there are plenty of places within a short walk we only ate out once,sitting on the swing drinking my morning coffee next to the river watching monkeys play listening to gibbons call while meters away an elephant is having a bath is an experience I will never forget, the family there will always have a place in my heart :)

Resort quasiment vide lors de notre visite, ça fait bizarre, tout tournait au ralenti. Nous avons passé une nuit dans une cabane perché sur un arbre. L'endroit est très calme, la cabane était plutôt propre mais manquait cruellement d'entretien (murs en triste état, menuiseries à rénover)
