From the moment I stepped into the Hampton Inn, I was greeted by the exceptionally kind and informative front desk agent Yoben. She let me know about the Hilton Honors program, the many amenities and conveniences about my stay, and I felt right at home. Everything was clean, warm (in the cold weather, super matters!), and made for a perfect night in the city. Also, when I realized there was no fridge in my hotel room, the staff was rad about storing my fancy restaurant leftovers in the kitchen fridge. Likewise, Anthony (the FD agent from the following day) was extremely considerate and accommodating letting me store my luggage and returning my food upon check out. I'll definitely be staying there again :)
