took a while to get to the hotel, at first, it was the gps issue saying that the resort is somewhere else, like 20mins or so away from the original destination (i went to google map and that's where I went wrong). I called the resort and the staffs were very polite.
Security at the main gate was welcoming and even brought us all the way from entrance -> to registration -> final resort place and room.
However, there's something wrong with the door system of our room, so after waiting for about 10mins or so, we were greeted by another hotel staff to help with the door system. After trying out for another 3 mins or so, they had us upgraded to a larger room, and even extended our late check-out (after 12pm) with no extra charges.
Did I mention, we came to this vicinity at like 4~5am in the morning, and they still gladly greeted us and help out with everything possible.
