The door was broke on my room, and the area surrounding the hotel smelled of urine. Would not stay here again.

We're sorry to hear your stay was not up to your expectations.Unfortunately, the door to the room you stayed in is bowed to the point that the entire door itself needs to be replaced. We have had maitenance look at it multiple times but we are told it is still in good working order.As for the urine smell, there's not a lot that can be done due to a feed lot just across the highway from the building. Again, we apologize.

We apologize for the inconvenience, as this is an older building unfortunately we do not have an elevator to offer. We understand the need and demand but at this time, all we can do is keep those in need on the main floor (unless the walk in/reservations are greater than expected). We work with what we have on hand. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to accommodate you and your needs in the future.

Initial requested room away from pool and elevator noise. Hotel staff said they had neither which prompted me to ask for ground level room due to senior ages. Hotel responded they could fill our need. Upon our night check in we were told our room was on second floor up steep stairs. No first floor room was available.

The front desk lady had shared with my current work crew that I was unable to pay for my room, which was not true as I booked through Expedia and had to purchase before checking in. I was charged the price that they charge at the desk. I was on a business trip and was told about her sharing false the information in our work group chat. When contacted, she denied and the manager was of no assistance. I thought it was not allowed to share information about customers with others? It was not a great experience the entire week I was there, and I paid through Expedia expecting the best service possible.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is older, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly. I would suggest getting an upstairs room if you don’t want to hear every move the people above make.

Was actually better than it looked, and I would go back because it doesn't seem to be much else in the area. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean, although dated the exterior is spartan, but the warm friendly staff inside made up for it.

Quiet and Convenient
Nice place to stay for an overnight. Wish the beds had headboards. Desk chair old and needs recovering,l. Awkward to have desk table between beds , especially when one person is trying to sleep and the other is using the desk. Also supposed to act as bedside tables?
