Enjoy the location of the hotel it was close to all the things that we want to see. Parking was right next to the hotel. There was no charge for parking

A great stay in Segovia
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, very clean and very well located, a 10-minute walk from the Aqueduct. Staff is kind and helpful; breakfast is very good. I would stay again. That all said it is starting to look a bit tired, bathroom in particular. Fake plastic plants not great either. It is a beautiful building, full of light, perfect for natural plants. Why not real plants that are easy to care for?

Nice hotel walking distance to the Roman aqueduct and cathedral. Rooms are nice and comfortable, the washroom’s are a little dated but functional. Buffet breakfast well worth the 9 euro person if purchased in advance.

Habiacion pequeña no los siguiente, y en plena ola de calor con aire acondicionado roto, para poder soportar el calor tenían ventiladores en un hotel de 4 estrellas, esto es una vergüenza. Ningún tipo de compensación, encima grosería y chulería. Una vergüenza. Además las habitaciones, mobiliario y baños tienen más de 50 años.

Supertolles team- aber zu teuer für die Leistung
Das ursprünglich angebotene Zimmer war deutlich zu teuer, für das was es war. Wir hatten dann ein sehr faires upgrade. Trotzdem ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht berauschend. Wenn das Zimmer in Segovua mehr kostet als das in Madrid oder Salamanca dann erwarte ich ein "wow" Erlebnis, das hat mir gefehlt. Aber es war ein super tolles team, sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, sehr motiviert immer mit einem Lächeln - das war Spitze.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Recently updated. Close to the aqueduct but on a quiet block. Excellent breakfast. We used this as a lovely home base to take in Segovia. We'll be back.

Absolutely lovely
This hotel was a breath of fresh air! So clean, so spacious and well apportioned. We were incredibly comfortable here. The room felt like a suite, with bathrobes and slippers (maybe we didn’t get the basic room?) we had windows too, not out to a beautiful view, but still nice to see neighborhoods. The location is super convenient to the main streets with food and within 5 minutes of the aqueduct and a viewpoint for sunset and sunrise. Parking can be expensive if you drove, 16E under the city, and the streets, I don’t think are worth it, as they were giving out tickets left and right. Maybe it is possible to park just outside or at the bus station, but very few spaces. The breakfast is HUGE. There were at least 7 different milk/creamer options for your coffee. Pastries, some veg and fruit, bread, and every fixin’ I didn’t even imagine how many there could be. 9 different kinds of cheese 🧀 it is a good way to start the day. Really loved this hotel!

Una excelente estancia, ampliamente recomendable. El lugar es lindo, muy cuidado, huele delicioso. Limpio y las habitaciones y el baño espaciosos. El desayuno incluido muy completo, lo recomiendo ampliamente. El hotel se encuentra a unos pasos de las avenidas principales de Segovia, pero se mantiene lo suficientemente alejado como para no estar en medio del caos turístico de la ciudad. No pudimos elegir mejor.
