Less than satifactory
The stench was terrible because there are cooking facilities in every room. However there is no exhaust so people crack their doors and the smell goes into every room eacht time the door is opened.

The hotel was overbooked and they had no rooms available at any of their three properties. I was left on my own to figure out a place to stay. Incredibly annoyed and angry with Expedia! I hope I don’t get hassled getting a refund!

This hotel had odors in every corner of the space, the walls are clearly so thin I could hear another person's cell phone vibrate in another room, and I am certain I have bites from bed bugs all over my legs. I am still waiting on a call back from customer service. This was disgusting and I expect a call back and a refund. I will have to get all of my clothes professionally cleaned so I don't bring bed bugs home. What did I spend over $700 for?

Disappointing.
The ladies at the front counter were lovely, helpful and kind. It's an older property that needs upgrades. You could tell the hotel had seen alot of turnover and had not been kept up at all.

Booked a stay here because it was very close to my office and other hotels were booked. I prepaid through Expedia. I had a very late cross country flight and knew I was going to be in after midnight and would not be n until 1:30am, so I called the hotel a day earlier to confirm the late check inThey told me that they would note my account and that everything was good. I arrived at 2am and went to check in and they did not have a room for me. They were quite rude and told me that because I booked with a third party (Expedia) that the room was not guaranteed. I told him that booking and paying for a room absolutely should guarantee me a room. He told me that I need to go find a room somewhere else. Beware booking a room with them through Expedia, because apparently it doesn’t mean anything to Extended Stay. I spent 45 minutes outside trying to find another room. Had to Uber across town after finally finding the last room in the area. Spent a lot of money going back and forth to the office that was not expecting. Not only did they give up my prepaid room, they were very rude about it. Never going to Extended Stay again.

Extremely bad experience
Had to leave because of bathroom issues. Toilet overflowed Nobody to repair. Had to change Hotels because no rooms were available. They refused a refund even when they knew we checked into another hotel. Manager very unfriendly and lied about the situation. We are discussed in our treatment and will do anything in our power to let people know to stay away from this hotel

The room was OK except that the bed looked like someone had slept on half of it. It was late, no more rooms were available. We got clean sheets from the front desk and changed the bed ourselves. An assistant manager said she would give us a partial refund through expedia, but we never got it. The hotel does not seem well kept.

I had reserved a room with a king size bed. They didn’t have any kings, despite my making a reservation well in advance and checking in right at the 3pm checkin time. It took them 15 minutes to determine which room they could put me in. They had a sheet of paper with a handwritten list of room #’s that were ‘clean’ (from housekeeping?) but they had no idea which rooms were what. They finally gave me a queen room and the key didn’t work until I slid it in and out about 5 times. I needed to do that any time I tried to get back in the room. The sheets on the bed had a hole in them, the room & furniture were dusty and old, the bathroom was filthy (I found garbage underneath the sink). While the room was equipped with a kitchenette, it had no dishes, utensils, nothing to cook with. Also not the cleanest. At night, I could hear the woman next door yelling at her kids, animals barking, and what sounded like a clock radio going off in a room with no one in it. I was only there for 2 nights and under a time crunch otherwise I would have looked for another hotel. I guess the good news is they claim they adjusted the price of my room since I didn’t get a king. Haven’t completely confirmed that yet. Hotel condition etc very disappointing considering how expensive hotels are these days. Was planning to mention this to the front desk clerk when I checked out but she didn’t seem to have any interest in asking how my stay was.

The motel had a horrible odor. The carpet in the hallways wasn’t clean with pet hair and pieces of garbage everywhere. Didn’t see a single cleaning person in the 5 days that we were there. The hotel staff seemed nice but overall the odor and cleanliness was horrible. For $900 for 5 nights I expected a cleaner environment to sleep in.

Last minute booking when our other reservation was cancelled due to a hotel maintenance problem. This hotel was literally “hidden” behind another one. I was not the only one who went into the wrong hotel only to be told “drive around the building. It’s in the back. Happens all the time.” Needs better signage. Lobby and hallways had an unpleasant smell. Hairdryer was missing off the wall unit. Not enough pillows for two people in a queen sized bed and no spare in room. Hotel appears to be used for housing. With that being said, the room was clean and didn’t smell like the hallways, the bed was comfortable and the woman at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Highly disappointed!
The first room we got was not very clean the tub filled up, when we ran the shower, and it smelled musty. It had vynal floors that were filthy. The second one that they transferred us to had carpet that smelled musty, and like urine. It was cleaner than the first one, but I had to spray it with my car freshener.

The area where the hotel is located is nice but deceiving. The facility smelled the minute you walk in the lobby and the rooms were dirty. Before my family arrived I had checked them in since their flight was delayed. I went to the rooms to set up a few things that I had for them. I was taken back of what I saw. I had asked the receptionist for other rooms and was told they were booked solid. (Understandable since it was a holiday weekend). When I asked if the rooms could be cleaned, I was told that the person had left for the day. I ended up going back with cleaning stuff. I could go on, but it’s not worth rehashing my experience. Needless to say, I was able to find another place for my family of 7 to stay at another hotel the following day. Tara, thank you for your full understanding and for making things right.

We liked that there was a kitchenette and was close to the highway. We noticed a very strong, disagreeable odour in the lobby. Don't know what it was. Also, felt a little uncomfortable having to walk by residents who plant themselves near the front door, to hang out and smoke.

They gave away our room in the middle of the night so I’m going to say this hotel is absolute garbage and I would never recommend them to anyone. The staff was rude and my family has to drive 2 hours home.

Not happy
It smelt like cat pee in the lobby. There was a bad smell in the elevator and the hallways. Our light in the bathroom was broken and in the sink when we arrived. The lights by the bed blew and the bed was noisey like paper and very uncomfortable. No one was around when I went to the desk to tell them about the lights. Checking out I couldn’t find anyone either.
