Price reasonable- overall average for a Quality Inn. Obviously under-staffed for large influx of people, but managable. Staff was courteous and responsive. Good location for Canton attractions and access to the highway.

Average to below average experience. Room AC was set to 86° when we arrived and the room had an unpleasant odor. Beds were comfortable. That’s the best thing I can say. Convinced me that saving money by staying at a Quality Inn is not worth the saving. I’ll be avoiding them in the future.

Hotel exterior door doesn’t lock and has paper jammed in it. My hotel room door doesn’t lock without putting my whole body weight into it (I’m a 190 pound male). This place is not well kept. Regardless of the doors I’m more concerned about getting bed bugs from this hell hole. If your homeless come on in! It’s warm and dry and I’m sure you can easily find a couple unlocked rooms! You're probably better off sleeping in your car and saving your money. If anyone is interested I have video evidence of both doors being unlocked/unlockable. DONT STAY HERE

The inside smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free property. Breakfast was good on the first morning of our stay, my only complaint is that since it is a “buffet” style breakfast that the person in front of us cooked 6 waffles so we had to wait 15 minutes to use the waffle maker. I think an extra waffle maker would fix this issue for other guest in the future. The second morning the staff said the breakfast attendant wasn’t there and it really was a big inconvenience to walk into the cafeteria hungry to find out there was no food left and only bagels. The staff said she could only make one thing at a time, so she made eggs. Said it would take 15-20 minutes to cook. She wasn’t very pleasant and all we had was eggs. That’s not really a breakfast I was expecting. The waffle maker had no waffle mix left. And was never refilled. I do not recommend this hotel if you’re booking for the convenience of a free hot breakfast like advertised.

Although the hotel said no smoking it had a smoking smell to it. Bathtub was not clean. Toilet paper holder kept coming out of wall. Bed covers were soiled on one bed. Sheets on another bed had dirty sheets. Thank goodness I pack my own sheets and pillow. I am able to do stairs but this hotel has no elevator. I would not recommend.

It was well lit and easy parking. I would like to add that the pillows were to small and flat for a King size bed. Looked like pillows I'd through on an old couch. One needed their own USB plug in otherwise you could not charge your phone.

The night girl at the front was very kind and helpful. The morning lady was as well. Breakfast was good, hot and cold options. The room was very clean, the fridge had a small freezer, the bed was firm and comfy, with lots of food nearby. The issue I had was that there was no stairs and I did not know that. There’s two floors. There is a ramp that goes from the lobby to the first floor but not the second floor. Be aware of that.

The bathroom didn’t look didn’t look very clean. The bathtub was really a mess and needs refinished or replaced. May have been clean but, couldn’t tell because the tub was in horrible conditions. Maintenance is good and upkeep is lacking… the staff was friendly and polite! Would not stay again. Wasn’t horrible but needs a lot of improvement

Comfortable, but no housekeeping services
Pros: the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the temperature in the room was very nice after setting the thermostat. The actual stay was enjoyable. Cons: in a 5-night stay, housekeeping did not come once. We had to request fresh towels, which they did provide. We were informed that they clean the room every three days on a multi-night stay, but on the fourth day we had to request housekeeping come to our room to change out the trash bags and stock toilet paper. They never came, even after we called down to the desk to request these again when getting back in the evening. I was very disappointed with this! The hot breakfast is pretty much what you would expect from a free breakfast: waffles, pastries, oatmeal, and some hot items (sometimes eggs and sausage, sometimes biscuits and gravy). Do not eat the eggs, they are terrible! Everything else was fine.

The room that I was given wasn't cleaned from the last patron and propped. The next room I was given, the television was useless. The DirectTV wasn't operating, and the staff couldn't get it working. I didn't feel safe in this hotel and was dirty. The tub had dirty stains on the floor and reddish/brown drops on the wall in the bathroom. I had a reservation 5 days later when I was coming back, I canceled it and will never stay here again!

Great!!
This hotel was great. I have no complaints. Everything from check in to check out was great! Not a complaint, just an opinion..,I wish all hotels/Motels would replace all carpet from the rooms to linoleum or wood.
