Challenging stay.
Hallways dirty, tables not always wiped in between people eating at them. Poor Wifi connections and could not get my work done. I had a violent domestic incident in the room right next to me. Very stressful. Noone answered at the front desk when I called there so I called 911 my self. No follow up with me to see if I was ok. I had to bring it up. Found out from other employees the night person is often "not available, because they cant find her". No excuse in my book. TV would not work, so I was moved to another room. The room where the domestic had taken place. Jeesh. Not certain I will stay here again.

OK place
Hotel is older but OK condition. First room was in better condition than the 2nd room I stayed in on next visit. The rooms were relatively clean, but the hallways needed attention, probably due to construction guys tracking in mud ect.Little things like loose toilet seats were annoying, but when the whole toilet rocks that is another thing. The 2nd stay I was charged the higher rate than I expected, but my fault for not asking price and booking directly with hotel. The location is the best thing about this place. Easy access from 151 and many restaurants nearby. Shout out to Denese, not sure of spelling, for great service and good attitude. They could pay more attention to security at the back door, didn't lock unless pulled shut and blocked open often.

The room had a musty smell to it. The bathroom fan was not working. There were no towels were in the room. The tub drain plug was laying on the side of the tub. The tv would work for about five minutes then stop and lose it's signal for long periods of time. When we mentioned all the problems at the desk, I was just given excuses for why everything was wrong.

The service was great. The hotel is dated and needs some TLC. I brought a couple of maintenance issues to the attention of the front desk. Many of the breakfast items were wrapped in individual plastic sandwich bags which is not sustainable.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable. The ceilings in room need dusting. Bathroom was clean but a bit worn in the tub.

The hotel is showing sign of age. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging down and was dusty. The light at the desk didn't work. A light by the sink was flickering. No elevator. Only 2 tea bags at the breakfast. they said non came in the delivery. There is a grocery store behind the hotel where they could have bought some.

Great staff, comfy room, hot breakfast
Rich and the staff at Baymont by Wyndham in Waupun, WI were so kind, accommodating, and professional. As for the room, it was clean with a comfy bed, easy to use TV with lots of channels, and nice hot water in the shower. And the hot breakfast was great!

Cold nigh with bad heater
Heater did not work in our room. Spent very uncomfortable night in cold room. Breakfast a bit disappointing with old muffins. Rooms were clean.
