정말편안한숙박이었어요 깨끗한룸와 환기가능한창문 적재적소에위치한 어메니티들 그리고무엇보다 프로페셔널한 직원분들의 신속함으로 그무엇하나오래기다리는법이 처리되어 너무편안했어요 전미1위를 여러번한호텔이라 다르구나 생각했습니다 1년에호텔숙박만 기본70박넘게하는데 탑오브탑이네요

직원들 서비스가 정말 나빴어요.
호텔투숙하는 동안 아침을 외부에서 주문했으나 룸서비스에서 받아서 올려주는 과정에 주스가 빠졌으나 프론트랑 룸서비스가 서로 미루며 수없이 전화를 돌리고 생과일도 아닌 주스를 주겠다고하며 다시 계산한다고 해서 완전 짜증났어요. 이미 계산을 끝냈는데 말이죠. 룸에 물건을 두고와서 다른 도시로 쉬핑비를 물고 받기로 했는데 전화받는 사람마다 다른 품목을 말하고 불친절하고 무책임하며 심지어 화까지 내서 정말 실망했습니다. 청결하고 위치도 좋았으나 직원들 서비스는 특급호텔에서 처음느끼는 황당함이었습니다.

호텔 내부의 시설과 위치 모두 완벽합니다. 호텔방도 컸고 침구가 잘 되어 있고요. 비행기 때문에 11시 정도에 도착했는데도, 일찍 체크인하게 해주고, 체크아웃 시간도 이야기하면 사정을 배려해 줍니다. 아이가 조금 아팠는데 직원들이 하나하나 세세하게 챙겨주기도 했고요. 호텔 시설은 거의 완벽했습니다. 욕조에 달려있는 TV나 별도로 있는 화장대도 좋았고, 화장실과 객실 모두 넓고 침대도 편안했습니다. 심지어 목욕가운과 슬리퍼, 샴푸 등의 어매니티도 정말 훌륭했습니다. 특히 IT 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 객실 내 모든 시설의 컨트롤이 가능한 전자패드를 이용한 내부 컨트롤 시스템도 너무 편안했고, 객실 곳곳에 편의시설이 아주 좋습니다. 카펫도 너무 깔끔했고요. 좀 비싼 편이지만 그 만큼의 가격을 하는 곳이라 생각합니다. 바로 옆에 전망대도 있고 백화점도 가깝습니다. 지오다노 피자집과 좋은 조식 식당도 많고요. 조금 불편한 부분은 로비에서 엘리베이터를 타야 밖으로 나갈 수 있는 점과 유명한 레스토랑인 더 로비가 생각보다 입맛에 맞지는 않았습니다. 아침과 저녁을 각각 먹어보았는데, 저희는 생각보다는 별로 였어요.

They hotel allows guests to smoke all kind of herbs. Annoying. Smoking not cigarettes nor cigars. Nothing happens if you complaint. Not a regular 5 stars hotel.

This is an excellent property. Comfortable, exceptionally well appointed and detail oriented room design. VERY comfortable bed and DARK, quiet room. Great for sleeping. Prompt service, great breakfast. Highly recommend.

The property is looks upscale and clean. The location is safe and literally right outside is upscal shopping, grocery, and pharmacy. There is also several restaurants in walking distance like across the street. The rooms are nicely updated. They also have an ice rink. The most important thing that stood out was the staff, from all departments. The gentlemen named Mohammad checked is in as was ultra polite, helpful, and efficient. The concierge was helpful and patient and gave amazing recommendations to great restaurants even tho the hotel offers their own. The housekeeping. Literally the best ive ever had in a hotel.. she might have been better than my personal housekeeper. She didnt clean around things or just do a freshen up. I would definitely stay again. Our stay was in Feb for 3 nights. We were in town for a concert at United Center which was a 15min uber ride very convenient.

This felt like a true international luxury property. It felt restorative and there was great attention to detail. Would highly recommend! Only negative is that the windows could use more sound proofing since you could hear some city noises such as ambulances from the nearby hospital.

Great family stay
We had a staycation with our two kids (3 and 5) and had the most wonderful time. The staff was amazing and all the surprises were perfect. Chris the Page was great with our kids and they loved him!

Amazing hotel best in town. They found out it was our anniversary and the upgraded our room and we found champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room.

Great place to stay when visiting Chicago. It’s a beautiful property and in a nice part of downtown. Convenient location which is close to everything on the MagMile. Staff are all very friendly.
