Not qualified to be a star hotel or accommodation. Terrible experience, no basic requirements were offered. To begin with no toothpaste/ brush, no water bottles. No complimentary breakfast for $300 per night stay. NOT WORTH for the money you spend !

If you would've asked the front desk we would've been more than happy to supply you with all the complimentary items your heart desired. You will not find complimentary breakfast at any Courtyard by Marriott. May i suggest doing proper research before traveling? Have a good one.

I changed my room from a King size bed..2 persons to 2 queen size beds accommodating 2-6 persons. After changing my reservation and making the difference in cost, I was informed that there were no more rollaway beds nor sofas in that room. Secondly I have 2 different room charges taken from my bank and I am trying to get this resolved.

Traveling with my family from Nashville, TN and this hotel did not disappoint. It’s newly renovated so everything looks perfect. The staff is absolutely amazing! The pool and outdoor seating is so fun!

The rooms are nice and clean but some of the staff didn’t make us feel welcomed at all.

Unfortunately unknown to us the hotel Is going until major renovations. Our room had a bed , TV , & chair. Just wished we had known !! Also we got put right by the elevator and so very noisy. It will be very nice once it is finished but for the next few months I would stay clear !!

Check out time was 12pm housekeeping was banging on the door at 830am. Construction replacing carpet on my floor and floor above me around 7am.. didn’t get a lot rest.

Clear my wife stayed here. People were very friendly. Very helpful. We would highly recommend anybody who is looking for a good hotel. Close to shopping areas. Very quiet. Very clean in the hotel.

The staff were wonderful!! The room was missing the couch, no seating. The bed was way to soft. The sound proofing between floors is terrible, first night the person above my room paced for hours, walking very hard until 4 in the morning. The second night was better but every time they got up and went to bathroom, I was bothered and heard. I would not stay here again.

Had to wait 5 minutes for the clerk to come to the desk to check us out. Bathroom sink drained very slowly and door would not close. Room layout was wrong.

We chose this hotel because of the ratings we had many issues with our room, etc. if it weren’t for such friendly staff, we probably would have left with all the problems. We had. The staff took full responsibility and tried to fix them as quickly as possible if the stats had been rude, it would be different, but every one of them had a wonderful attitudes.

Overall stay was great! Althea at the front desk was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to greet each guest with enthusiasm and kindness. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they gave us a beach view room, decorated our room with balloons, left us a card, a bottle of champagne, and a fruit tray! The hotel was clean and the ongoing remodeling was not impactful to our stay. The outdoor fire pit and the pool were very nice. We will definitely be back!
